Thanks Jan. It wasn't very crowded because it actually starts today through next Saturday. I got school supplies though so all wasn't lost. How are you doing on protocol?

Yes, I am following Omaha but I'm not eating up to 700cals cause I'm not really hungry. I usually eat only one fruit a day and had the 100 cal popcorn--kettle corn, twice but had half a bag each time. I do eat all my protein at one time so that helps keep me satisfied. Also I think it's coming off fast because my body likes the 168 range and I'd been unintentionally 'loading' for days before starting

Scale STS..it at first showed a gain of 0.6 but after third weigh in it landed on 169.8 so of course I'm taking the last reading I know I didn't drink enough water yesterday due to being out. I went to Khol's and got 3 new tops at 70% off, size M, that fit perfectly. Just a little over a week ago that wouldn't have been the case.

That is great Shari!! I know our bodies love set points, and you had not been at a higher weight for awhile. Isn't it nice to know that if you do over indulge on vacation, or a break, that HCG is there to save us....

It WILL BE WONDERFUL to finally get to goal though, and be able to stabilize within, I would say a 5 pound range. I know he said 2, but that is really difficult when you are very low in weight. At least that is what I am seeing on the VLOGS. Most of those who hit goal and are maintaining, are within 5 pounds. THAT is MY GOAL!!..

Have a great Sunday!!!

yeah I've been looking at vlogs too for inspiration. I'm setting the same goal which is why I'd like to be at 145 to give that 5lb window of getting no higher than 150. It is good to know that hhcg gives that hope and no doubt, if you stick with it, will take you to goal! Thanks, have a great Sunday yourself

Third day in a row at 169, down 0.6oz...169.2 but I can't complain much at least it's going down. I anticipate the smaller losses now knowing it all adds up in the end.
BBL to visit other journals and see how everyone is doing.

Shari, a loss is a loss and that is wonderful!!

I also did not like week 2 or 3 but I stopped weighing daily. So when at the end of the week, I had a 3 or so pound loss, I was much happier, than checking ounces each day... I also realize how difficult that is for most people, and understand the daily reinforcement that is needed. Keep doing what you are doing!!!!

Shari, congrats on your loss. Just remember this... a .6 loss on hcg looks like at least a pound or two on any other plan. It is amazing!

Down 0.4...168.8, back to 'base' weight. Next goal is 163 which will be 18lbs lost for this round. So far, 13lbs down in 11 days.

Good morning ladies, I came in yesterday and reread through my journal when I first started the protocol. The excitement from all of us losing like crazy was contagious! It came with mixed feelings though..on one side I was encouraged to keep with it, on the other hand I was embarrassed that I'm still fighting the same pounds after two years of yo-yoing between the 160-170's. (I hope no one new read through all 3 journals...LOL ) The night before I read through a former poster's journal, Trish, who started with us and lost very well eating very creative protocol food and added Shiratake noodles almost daily. I got so wrapped up, I forgot to post in my own journal. I gained 0.2 yesterday so went back up to 169 but lost 1lb today so at 168.

This appear to be a set point for me (168-169) as in the past my body hovered here for a min, so I have to push through regardless what the scale says and rely on NSVs...such as the way my clothes are fitting...moving into the droopy-booty category.

Scoot over, so I can take a seat here too, because I've been the same weight for a minute and it is VERY frustrating!

But... we shall prevail! Gotta keep pushing no matter what!

Down 1.2lbs to 166.8. Today marks 2 weeks on hhcg using Omaha..down 15lbs One more week...although I'm debating on just taking an interruption. I really want to get into the 150's but I know it won't happen this round. I'll see how I feel...it's hard going back to P2 after P3 plus I don't want to get too burned out doing P2 too long.

Awesome loss! 15 pounds in 2 weeks is just crazy!

IMO, the key to success with protocol (and life! lol) is in knowing yourself. With hcg, it helps to know what your weaknesses are so you can try to avoid them. For me, it was restarting p2 after a p3/p4 so I tried to make my p2's longer. Oh, and another thing for me was holidays. I tried my best to plan the p2's around them so I wouldn't have to interrupt or be tempted to cheat. Whatever works, kwim? Good luck, Shari! You are doing great, my friend!

Brenda, you're sooo much better than me LOL. I did a long P2 round once and that was only after prompting and encouragement from a former poster (Tamika) because it was adviced to not end P2 during TOM. I made it into the 150's but geesh it was long. Your dedication and persistance amazes me...truly, you are the poster child for P2 and how great it works if you follow it correctly and honor the phases.
