I think I'll save that for P3 when I can have more variety. I really need to stabilize well in P3 so I can do another round and really hit vwl territory.

I'll come back to see how everyone is doing...have a great Tuesday!
AWESOME!!! great weight release Shari!! You ARE in a groove, and I know what you are feeling not wanting to interrupt it.

tomorrow!!!! You can celebrate without food!.. just let everyone treat you like a queen!

Thanks Deb and Meek!

Thanks to God, I'm 39 today...one more year in this decade..LOL.Nice release of 1.4lbs so 8.8lbs in 5 days. G took today off from work so we can spend the day together. He wants to go out but I'm telling him I def can't do The Cheesecake Factory today, there is no way I can even halfway stay on plan eating there. He mentioned breakfast which I may be able to get away with. I'll do my best...I treasure our time and celebration together the most. As I was reminded on Monday, life isn't promised to anyone another day...live, laugh, love everyday as if it's your last.

I was surprised to see another loss on the scale..down 1lb!!. We went to Applebee's instead, I ordered the 9oz sirloin with veggies...delish! I ate there before on protocol but can't remember if I lost weight or not. I must admit, there were a few passing thoughts of eating something else..LOL. I can feel a huge difference in my clothes already.

Down 9.8lbs in 6 days...tomorrow makes one week. I hope to see the 160's again by this weekend, sitting at 172 today...yup, I was at 181.8 when I started. Totally out of control...

Have a good day, I'll check back in later.

Thanks Deb, I did start out where you're at. You're totally going to rock your next round!
Regarding eating out, I'd suggest there if in P2, they have several options but that one was the safetest. I didn't eat fruit or starch yesterday though

Here's an email I received that worth sharing. I very rarely forward emails but this one hits right at home:

I challenge each of us to do AT LEAST 1 “shoulda, woulda, coulda” thing within the next week! Life is too short – live peacefully, give generously and love with no regrets! Peace and blessings!

Too many people put off something that brings them joy just because they haven't thought about it, don't have it on their schedule, didn't know it was coming or are too rigid to depart from their routine.

I got to thinking one day about all those people on the Titanic who passed up dessert at dinner that fateful night in an effort to cut back. From then on, I've tried to be a little more flexible.

How many women out there will eat at home because their husband didn't suggest going out to dinner until after something had been thawed? Does the word 'refrigeration' mean nothing to you?

How often have your kids dropped in to talk and sat in silence while you watched ' Jeopardy ' on television?

I cannot count the times I called my sister and said , 'How about going to lunch in a half hour?' She would gas up and stammer, 'I can't. I have clothes on the line. My hair is dirty. I wish I had known yesterday, I had a late breakfast, It looks like rain' And my personal favorite: 'It's Monday.' She died a few days ago. We never did have lunch together.

Because we cram so much into our lives, we tend to schedule our headaches.. We live on a sparse diet of promises we make to ourselves when all the conditions are perfect!

We'll go back and visit the grandparents when we get Steve toilet-trained. We'll entertain when we replace the living-room carpet. We'll go on a second honeymoon when we get two more kids out of college.

Life has a way of accelerating as we get older. The days get shorter, and the list of promises to ourselves gets longer. One morning, we awaken, and all we have to show for our lives is a litany of 'I'm going to,' 'I plan on,' and 'Someday, when things are settled down a bit.'

When anyone calls my 'seize the moment' friend, she is open to adventure and available for trips. She keeps an open mind on new ideas. Her enthusiasm for life is contagious. You talk with her for five minutes, and you're ready to trade your bad feet for a pair of Rollerblades and skip an elevator for a bungee cord.

My lips have not touched ice cream in 10 years. I love ice cream. It's just that I might as well apply it directly to my stomach with a spatula and eliminate the digestive process. The other day, I stopped the car and bought a triple-decker. If my car had hit an iceberg on the way home, I would have died happy.

Now....go on and have a nice day. Do something you WANT to...not something on your SHOULD DO list. If you were going to die soon and had only one phone call you could make, who would you call and what would you say? And why are you waiting? I had a friend from high school that I was always going to call and never did. The other day her name was in the obituaries so we never had that chat.

Make sure you read this to the end; you will understand why I sent this to you.

Have you ever watched kids playing on a merry go round or listened to the rain lapping on the ground? Ever followed a butterfly's erratic flight or gazed at the sun into the fading night? Do you run through each day on the fly? When you ask, 'How are you?' Do you hear the reply?

When the day is done, do you lie in your bed with the next hundred chores running through your head? Ever told your child, 'We'll do it tomorrow.' and in your haste, not see his sorrow? Ever lost touch? Let a good friendship die? Just call to say 'Hi'?

When you worry and hurry through your day, it is like an unopened gift....Thrown away.... Life is not a race. Take it slower. Hear the music before the song is over.

Down 1.4 to 170.6! Today makes one week on Omaha and I'm down 11.2lbs After doing hhcg for several rounds I'm still amazed at the difference one week can make on hhcg...back fat is almost gone and clothes that were super tight last week are now baggy again. It's not droopy-booty baggy but definitely looser. I'm going to try to drink plenty of water to see if I can push the scale into the 160's tomorrow. I expect any day for the scale to stall or have a gain due to consistent losses and the body having to adjust I just hope today isn't that day LOL. Happy Friday!

BBL...

Oh one other thing I've noticed that I think is making a difference. I've been doing intermittent fasting without trying. I notice that I eat around lunch and I may grab a snack or have more protein for an early dinner and that's it. I'm not hungry, hungry...using Robin's hunger scale has really helped to not eat just to be eating.

Good Morning Shari, congratulations girl I am so happy for you, one week and look at the results you have reaped. I am just so happy for you. What was your menu like on yesterday? Girl I am hoping that tomorrow you will be back into the 160's. Omaha is so much more doable because you have better choices. Kudos to you chick

Thanks Lo! I had chicken breast (8-9oz) salad using WF Cesear dressing (clear kind) and half a grapefruit for lunch and an apple later on. Plenty of tea. Not being hungry helps tremendously.

Finally, back in the 160's...just barely 169.8, down 0.8. My goal for this round is to get to 163 then stabilize. History has shown with me on hhcg that after a great loss the first week, I will have small ones for the upcoming two weeks.

Gotta go school shopping for the boys today as this weekend is tax free. I'm not ready for homework again...LOL. My baby is going to middle school
