Down 1.4lbs!!! Eating very good food, I'm so excited. I'm going to only weigh after DDs...optimally I'm going to try to wait to weigh after a week today.

I don't know all I'm going to eat today but I want an egg and turkey bacon sandwich for breakfast, thanks Lo for the idea.

Good Morning Shari, congratulations on your release Yes girl eating good food and I am enjoying it as well. That turkey bacon and egg sandwich I had yesterday was delicious and very filling. That was all I ate until about 3 then I ate a bowl of cabbage. I was totally content. I'm so excited for us both and the stress of what to eat or not to eat is no longer there. Can you say FREEDOM Do you know how much weight we have to loose before we adjust our calories? I haven't gotten that far in the book yet......

everyone, thanks!

I was in another training this morning..ugh, they are completely changing a bunch of stuff related to billing so I've been in mandatory trainings for months. Hopefully this will the last for awhile...

I'm at 1300 cals and am stuffed! Here's my menu:

B: turkey bacon with cheddar cheese eggs sandwich
S: Wonka sweet heart treats (mini bag--gave this out during training to wake us up )
L: 1/2 chicken from el pollo
D: dunno? I may just eat fruit and veggies...I have about 450 cals left

thanks, I'm thinking of sweet potato fries...22 fries are 170cals so I can have double portion. Which would still put me just under but I think that'll be enough...

Yes, they're really good. I like mine sweet so I put Splenda or Truvia on it. Some like it with S & P. I had just one serving last night so didn't eat all the way up to my cals but I was fully satisfied. I may have to make today a MD only because I forgot I am going out for breakfast with a co-worker. I'm going to look at the menu now so I can be prepared like I was for Applebee's . My estimation for MD is no more than 1000cals. I'm going to do my best...

Deb~you can't go wrong with steak and tomatoes

I peeked at the scale, I know..bad, but I was pleasantly surprised. I think adding in carbs on Wednesday really helped as my body is adjusting well to this. In actuality, I looked at my carb count from *** and it's still in the moderate range without me trying, yesterday it was 40 carbs, Wednesday-68.

Hey Magie, yes it is..I love the freedom it brings. I can eat anything, just count the cals and I'm still losing. I'm not back at LDW yet but I knew changing plans would raise the scale. I'm glad to still be in the 160's though. Thanks for the support.

I looked on *** and for a Philly steak 3-egg omelet at the restaurant we're going to, it's listed as only 344 cals...that can't be right (?). I think that's what I'm going to order though... they have the best sweet potato fries too..LOL.

gotta get ready for work, I'll visit other journals when I get there...

I felt like that on Wednesday but it helped me to have a good starting number as it has only gone down since then. Not much, but it'll take time..and I'm okay with that. I just want to live, eat freely and enjoy life. Just know that it will go down Deb, it's up now because of the protocol but once your body adjusts it'll all work out, promise.

Ok, we did meet but since it had to be quick we just ran to McD's. I had the egg mcmuffin which is 300 cals.

I'm too excited to wait for a week..to share results. I'm down 3.6lbs since Wednesday!! Eating whatever I want...I'm such a JUDDD believer. The scale jumped wayyy up to 169.8 on Wednesday after Tuesday's intro to carbs but now I'm back to Tuesday's pre-JUDDD weight of 166.2. I stuck with it yesterday and did not eat over my 500cal limit, after reading again the true purpose of keeping DDs low. Yesterday's cals were 495. What kept me strong was knowing that I can eat whatever I want today!!
