I finally have a new laptop!! I'm really working on not getting into more credit card debt so I have to budget using only funds available to buy extras... It's a struggle as I'd like to just pull out a card to pay for things but it'll help me out in the long run.

I love this bottle of hhcg, no hunger at all. I notice my tummy rumbles in the late morn and early dinner but when I stop to evaluate if I'm really hungry, I'm not. My stomach is just use to being completely full all the time LOL

The bottle I am using is great too. Have to force feed myself. Really control hunger.

glad it's working for you too! This makes is so much easier. The one problem I see is getting bored with food after about a week which causes me to want to stop or switch. Since I know this, I'm preparing mentally. I'm suppose to be doing Omaha but have yet to eat over 500cals. Are you doing Simeons or Omaha?

Simeons right now. Have you heard of the 800 calorie protocol, people are saying they lose more on this plan.....I am skeptical LOL

The 800 cal plan is probably Omaha. I loosly followed Omaha, but never got up to 800. The thing I liked about it was the different choices. If your hunger is under control though, no need to go any higher in cals!!! You ladies can do this!! It is ALL in the mind! IF you are ready, you WILL DO IT!

hmmm never heard of this either. I'm not eating grissini...I have the popcorn for emergencies but for now I don't want it. Yesterday I had 1/2 grapefruit around 2pm then had a large tomato and 8oz steak sirloin for dinner...I was stuffed. I felt very uncomfortable after dinner and after looking at a bunch of Robin's videos realize that I need to work on not eating this way. I understand the hunger scale now and will practice this today onward.

Down 0.8 so 4.2lbs in two days..gotta love the first week's losses.

Thanks Jan and Meek.

I'm in total shock and disbelief..just found out one of my first college roommates (lived in a suite) passed away from a car accident. She just got married last month, had a baby shower on Saturday. She leaves behind a young daughter and teenage son. Thankfully, they were able to save the baby girl. How short and fragile life is. Please send prayers for her family.

thanks ladies. My heart is aching but I know although I don't understand, God needed her to come home. The baby is still in critical care so she needs continued prayers...I pray she is able to stay. I just spoke to the other roommate and we realize we have to do better keeping in touch..life is just too short. I often let daily things get in the way and what does it matter in the end? I truly believe people are brought into your life for a reason..even on this board, I've never met anyone of you all in person but the impact you have made on my life is priceless.

Because of the shock this morning I didn't post my weight loss...down 1.8lbs.

Thanks Gracie and Deb. Ironically, I'm even more motivated to lose weight. I've been stressing and dealing with this for decades..life is more than this. I want to be in a new chapter of my life, maintaining the loss vs. gaining and relosing the same pounds. I've heard maintenance is harder but I want to get there...

Hi Shari. You're back on the juice. Awesome! I can't wait to begin my next round. I might sound loony but i miss P2. It was so easy unlike P3 and P4.

Holy Smoke Shirl...look how much you've lost!!! Congrats!!!
How many days were you in P2 to lose like that? Did you do strict Simeons or more Omaha? I understand and remember that feeling of missing P2. I wanted P3 so badly to eat 'good' food again but missed the losing part. When are you starting your next round? I know, a lot of questions but I'm curious...you totally rocked this last round!!

Down 1.4lbs...I feel so much better in my clothes already. So far, 7.4lbs released in 4 vlcds. I was wayyy over my 'base' weight so I'm glad it's coming off. I'd be happy just to get back to the last time I did Omaha...ended at 163. Tomorrow is my birthday and I don't want to eat out now since I'm in the groove. I think I'll save that for P3 when I can have more variety. I really need to stabilize well in P3 so I can do another round and really hit vwl territory.

I'll come back to see how everyone is doing...have a great Tuesday!
