Down a pound, 169.4. Still have some thoughts going on in my mind, haven't made a final decision yet about what I'm going to do. Right now, it's just easier to do low carb.

You'll find what works best for you! At least you aren't making such quick decisions and are putting lots of thought into what you plan for you. Besides, you can't go wrong with low carb for the here and now

Happy Friday!

I can expect fluctuations but looking over my weight notes it appears I am stuck around 168-170. I don't want to do an egg day but I may need to in order to break this stall. TOM is gone and I'm still no lower than I was prior to it coming. I expect to be busy today but will try to come back when everyone is up or at work and posting.

Dont work too hard Shari!!!... I am in the same boat though, so I have to take my own advice!!.. If you have to do an egg day, good luck!..

I am so tempted to do something different to make the scale move faster, then I slap myself back to continuing to work day by day on what is going to be the rest of my life. I will have to live through you girls losing faster!!..

Good morning Shari! Your weight seems pretty stable - that's half the battle! I've never done an egg day - I don't think I could stomach it Maybe make an omelet for breakfast, egg salad w/mayo for lunch, and faux pancakes w/sugar-free syrup for dinner? There's a recipe on here for the faux pancakes made with eggs/pork rinds and other low-carb ingredients. You can make either waffles or pancakes. Just an idea to keep it interesting! Have a fantastic Friday

I was thinking the same. Meaning I don't know how you do an egg day but I see one has to be creative (which I am not ) Gracie's sample day sounds doable!

ok reality, I can't eat whatever the heck I want, as much as I want and as often as I want and still lose, so do whatever you have to do to make your plan work for you!.. Gracie's plan isn't too bad!

I could definately live on omelets for a day...

Hey ladies, work was hectic so I didn't have a chance to come back here. I didn't do an egg day...didn't have enough eggs. Today I'm heading out the door in a bit for a track meet so I'm not going to even attempt one today..LOL. I'm certainly in a stall..I'm back up 0.2 to 169.8. Like I said, I'll get to 168 then gain up, up, up to around 170 then go back down. I've got to do something....

Good morning ladies, the meet went very well...it was a looong day but that's the norm for meets. What makes it nice is getting together with other families from the school and cheering all our kids along. My oldest is getting better and better.

This is what I have been doing on the scale also, but at a much higher weight. Had some Chorizo with Eggs today and some Turkey Bacon and trying to work on egging it awhile with some variety to get things moving. It doesn't help that this cold of mine is lingering as well as TOM. Oh well, I am a work in progress, that is for sure. Hang in there Shari.
