Good morning! The best advice is to not weigh before TOM - that bugger can cause me a 3-6 lb. gain for no reason whatsoever. I know it always whooshes away Don't stress, relax and keep on doin what you're doin!!!

Good morning! Well, I learned my lesson yesterday and skipped the scale today with TOM here. Plus, I ate late after taking the boys to track practice. I bought them Taco Bell but had eggs with cheese at home. I have a bunch of thoughts running through my mind regarding my WOE. On one hand, I'm telling myself to stop jumping around and stick with something long enough for it to fully work. On the other hand, I'm starting to feel restricted and that's not good either...from past experiences, that has lead to binge eating. Now I'm in ketosis and that is helping as I don't have cravings and TOM is here so of course, I have multiple thoughts and wishy-washiness (is that a word?) going through my mind...

Maggie~TOM is leaving quickly, thank goodnes...I think he made yesterday's visit seem like a week's worth! Sorry if TMI..but we're all ladies right? I doubt any man would want to read this journal...

Well, today I'm sticking with JUDDD I reserve the right to change my mind tomorrow. I need to follow the program and let JUDDD work before I throw in the towel. I love the idea of being able to eat normal every other day. I can go to a restaurant and pick anything off the menu and not feel guilty. So, JUDDD it is (for now!!!)

The one thing I truly truly love about JUDDD? Even if I was not on rotation and eating whatever every day, I didn't gain! There's something to it....

(yet, I can't decide what the heck to do? )

Yep. I was contemplating P2 again but I'm drained after doing 20 days. But I was at least losing!!! I seem to STS while doing JUDDD because I screw up my UDs. I need to find that balance

Happy Hump Day! I got on the scale today and I'm up 0.6 from last weigh in to 170.4. I ate the toppings off a couple slices of pizza so I know it's the sodium. I tested and am still in ketosis so at least the fat is burning. For now, thinking some things through before I make any quick decisions. Plus TOM is still lingering a bit (tricked me) and I've learned to not make major decisions around this time..LOL.
The fact is I've tried almost every plan written and they all work...it's me.

TOM sucks, have I mentioned that before???? You're 100% correct, do not make any decisions while TOM is in the house. I'd bet anything it's just the sodium from the pizza toppings. Try to drink extra water today to flush it back out. Maybe don't weigh for a few days while TOM is approaching to save your sanity?
