Go now, hurry up and look in your closet for something and hang it out where you can see it/them. I should put my blouse on the fridge so it will stop me from eating what's inside that isn't good for me.

Funny, I have a really small (size S) top that is very sexy...with one shoulder out, glizzy-glam, crosses around the collar bones with the back out...kind of hard to explain top but it's cuuute! I got if from Daffy's two years ago and have been waiting for years to wear it comfortably. At my smallest, it fit but it was snug. I had it hanging on my door but put it away. I need to pull that out again. I would take a pic but it's hard to see how it fits without putting it on. And that aint happening now...LOL. I'll make that my goal top and post pics when it fits.

Yeah, come on!!! We wanna see!!

Girl, yesterday, I pulled out a jean mini skirt my BF gave me in 2006. I use to wear it on hot days when I was a size 8. Long story short, I tried that baby on and it was sooooo tight! My hubs and daughter was CRACKING UP! I can't wait to wear that skirt next summer - lol.

Great motivation..use that laughter as fuel..LOL. You may be able to wear it this winter with cute boots and tights

Good morning! I'm happy as a clam this morning..I'm back into the 160's..barely, but I'm here again at 169.6. I've been doing more of the Atkins '72 version for the past two days to get back into deep ketosis and lose some water weight. I did an all egg day yesterday to get out of the 170's and lost 3.2lbs. I was all the way up to 175 two days ago! At one point in late March I was 176.4 (I keep a note with weigh ins) so I had to do something. I've decided to stick with this version for awhile but if I want to eat more veggies I will. Just taking it day by day.

Shari, Awesome!!!!! Getting in some egg days does help. I am egging it myself today until Saturday and TOM is here so we shall see if it helps keeps my weight from creeping up. I am so happy for you that you are finding your way back to where you feel comfortable in your body. You will look and feel great this summer!!!

Thanks Maggie, that's my goal..to get into the 150's so I can feel comfortable and good about my body again. I feel better just with the loss I've had so far. I know if I can bear it, egg days always give me great losses..I think it's perfect to do when TOM is around. You're well on your way too!

Ok, after researching it seems I should stick with vodka and diet sprite/coke or rum and diet coke. I love my sweet & fruity drinks so this will be a change but I'll give this a try.

Sounds like the best choice to keep it low carb!! I have switched from occasional wine, to tequila and crystal lite. Same idea. No carbs in the booze..

Way to go Shari!!! If you want a fruity low-carb drink, go out at lunch and buy a bottle of that Mio water flavoring. The fruit punch is good and so is the peach tea. Order a vodka and water and then add your Mio - DELISH and zero carbs!!!!

This sounds great, Aldi's had their Mio version and I wound have never thought of doing that. I have Berry Pomergrante, it was the only one I like besides Kiwi-Watermelon. I don't know how it would taste with Vodka though.

Good morning loves

I was very busy at work yesterday so didn't get a chance to come back. I also went to happy hour with some girlfriends and stayed on plan! I stuck to rum/diet coke (weak) and had 2 glasses of red wine. I'm not a big drinker so that was truly enough for me. We stayed around for awhile..I didn't want to drive with a buzz so we danced, socialized and had a lot of fun. I weighed and am only up 0.2 to 169! I also tested this morning and I'm still in deep ketosis.

Another question, my oldest son runs track and the meets are ALL day long so I have to pack food for all of us to eat. What are some ideas for me to pack? I'm eating primarily meat & eggs... I can only think of deviled eggs but that will get tiring.

Shari, my dd is trying to do low carb and since her school thinks pizza and fries are healthy choices she's been taking her lunch to school and it is hard to come up with food choices. Some of the things she takes are cheese sticks, nuts, grilled chicken strips, GY and strawberries, salads, broccoli with ranch. It is HARD to think of other things because she is so picky anyway! If you think of anything good, let me know!
