Thanks Shari! I had bar b q wings, and they were extremely yummy because I was starving!.. also had a baked potato, which I don't normally have.

Today is an UP day and I am eating earlier than yesterday ,don't like being so hungry. Hope everyone had a great day yesterday and a better one today!

So, How long have you been JUDDDing now? What are your initial impressions? It seems like your DD's are getting a bit easier and your UD's aren't total insanity (this was my problem, almost like I was eating with a vengence on my UD's!! ). I hope things continue to go well for you and you enjoy the ride!!

Thanks Julie! I have been messing around with it for a long time, HOWEVER, got serious with it a week or so ago. DD =HARD, but getting better. UP day= finally using my IE principles and allowing anything, but I gravitate towards MEAT, cheese, eggs, etc. Naturally love Low Carb.

I am working kinda hard on the IE along with JUDDD so I don't overeat on my Up Days! TRIAL AND ERROR, but I really have enjoyed these past 4 days. I will be weighing once a week right now, so I don't get discouraged.

I think I love a challenge...

I have been focusing on whole/natural foods. No sugars. I thought about ordering a pretty cake for my birthday, but I'm trying to get away from celebrating occassions with food! I'd rather lose 10 pounds, .

Thank you Shari!! Another day done! I am making such better choices. I think what this challenge did for ME, was to make me slow down and really think about what I really WANT to eat, not good or bad foods. I am naturally drawn to good foods, but If I can afford a bit of a treat, I am having it with no guilt.

Good for you!! One day at a time!! I tend to get overwhelmed if I look too far in advance.

I would like to move back to once a week weighing when I am more "stable" . I wonder if I will ever be "stable" like other people? Having been so obese for so long, I think my body will always gain weight much easier than others. It makes maintenance more work, but also more rewarding!!

We can do it!! Choices, choices!! Happy Leap Day!!

Wow, did I say hump day? LOL yes it was hump day, but I meant LEAP day..

Thank you Shari!! I also hope things settle down for you soon! I am LIVING by the rules of step by step and day by day. If I think too far ahead, I am in for some trouble...

This is the end of my first week on the 2 week challenge! I am doing very well. I will weigh tomorrow. I don't really expect a great loss, but what I am learning is priceless to me.

I CAN do something if I put my mind to it!! AND take it day by day. With a 2 week challenge, that is not too long, and I can reevaluate things then. LOVE IT!!

Thank you Shari! I am still really enjoying my WOE. I admit that I do NOT go down that low on my DD. I just naturally have started eating less food.

I don't even really count cals anymore... ooops.... But I know by heart what to eat, and I really enjoy myself on my Up Days. I guess I am not over doing it, because I feel GOOD, and I am losing weight. Cannot complain!!!

Hope every one of you is having a fantastic time with your WOE. If not, is it the right one for you??.....
