Thank you ALL!! I slept well today, and am going to attempt some soup soon. DD is easy when you are not awake! Feeling better, will probably work tomorrow, but I don't know yet.

Up and back to work today. Feeling better and I only have to work 6 hours on Firdays, so I will be fine. Today is an UP DAY. and I am joining Maggie on a 2 week challenge to stick to our WOE, no matter what it is.

2 WEEKS.. I know I can do that. Everyone have a great day, I have to get lots of backup done from yesterday. Will check in when I can.

Thanks Shari! Yep, we can do this! I do feel really motivated, so this being a Friday, is a GOOD THING!!! I usually feel like caving on the weekend, and this weekend I will NOT.

Yesterday was tough DD but I made it through. Can you believe I made it as tired as I was on 290 cals (food) and one cup of coffee?

I bought the whole grain low fat waffles yesterday and they were SOOOOO GOOD!!!! SO quick to make too!!!!

I even had enough energy to ZUMBA!!!!

I suppose it can be for some. Plenty for me. Maybe cuz I eat later in the day

WHEWWWWW I was worried... not really, but it seems low. I guess your body will tell you if you need fuel!!!

Because I USUALLY don't go all day without eating, I get in around 600 or a bit more on a DD. THE DAY, ( only 1 so far! ) that I didn't eat all day till dinner, I had around 500 at my meal. I admit I was hungry by then, and kind of headachy.

This is all Defiantely a trial and error thing for ME.

Trial and error for most of us, really!

So what do your 600 cal meal days look like? I told you I'm a HUGE copycat! LOL If it's working for you, or someone else, I will try to copy cat.

haha .. silly girl. Well I never have the same thing. Still looking for LC, low cal options for those days. I always bring soup. I made some yummy soup that is low cal/ low carb and I have that pretty much every DD.

Then the fat free hot dogs are always there somewhere. When I want some cheese, I have the WW jalepeno wedges for 30 cals each. Sometimes on some Special K Crackers-- you get ALOT for around 120 cals. That has to be a meal though, I don't like spending that much on a snack!!

I sometimes just have chicken breast with hot sauce ( from my P2 days!) I still love it, but it gets boring too.

Sometimes Lean Cuisine or WW meals, but there are very few with less than 200 cals. Sometimes a sandwhich with that Healthy Life bread. Some ham or turkey slices. I am still working on my lists!

I am definitely going to look for the Special K crackers. I would make a meal out of it with ham! LOL

Wonderful Deb!! I 'hear' that determination in your posts!! I went over a bit yesterday regarding cals, I didn't count but I ate a lot, so now I'm going to stay strong and eat according to JUDDD.

That is FANTASTIC Shari!!! I know you can do this!!! JUDDD is not hard at all, when we do it correctly huh?

Another thing I just HAD to do was add some sort of movement to my day. I am not yet in the mindset to do formal exercise like I eventually want to, but one step at a time! Today I am REALLY cleaning my house, I am winded like crazy, so I know it is doing me good!

Good Morning All, yes Maggie, cleaning house did the body good!! I am feeling it today...

I did really good yesterday! I am happy with myself and how I am approaching this challenge. So far so good!.. The mind is a real funny thing.

Anyway, today is a DD for me. I have no hunger so far, will try to go as long as I can without eating. Just stay busy and hope I can just wait till I get home ( like Pati!) to have something I really want. I don't like eating things that don't taste all that great.

SOOOOOO, my plan for today is to wait to eat, then when I do eat, eat something that I really LIKE. Just enough. VERY BUSY Monday for me, so I will check back later! Have a great day all!!..
