Up and back to work today. Feeling better and I only have to work 6 hours on Firdays, so I will be fine. Today is an UP DAY. and I am joining Maggie on a 2 week challenge to stick to our WOE, no matter what it is.

Good Morning All, yes Maggie, cleaning house did the body good!! I am feeling it today...
![]() I did really good yesterday! I am happy with myself and how I am approaching this challenge. So far so good!.. The mind is a real funny thing. ![]() Anyway, today is a DD for me. I have no hunger so far, will try to go as long as I can without eating. Just stay busy and hope I can just wait till I get home ( like Pati!) to have something I really want. I don't like eating things that don't taste all that great. SOOOOOO, my plan for today is to wait to eat, then when I do eat, eat something that I really LIKE. Just enough.
