Pati~ I 100% agree with what Deb said about having fun with your family and friends. I have an email that was sent that really hit home. I'll try to post in my journal in a bit.... glad to see you.

Julie!
Thanks Shari!! YEP, I have officially scheduled my time for 2 weeks of September of 2013. We can't actually book the trip yet, but all things are ready to roll when we can. EXCITED and now I KNOW I am doing it!!..

I forgot to answer your P4 question Shari! I don't know for sure, right now I am not ready to get into P2 again, so I guess it is either continue P3 or try and add some things in for a P4. I sure would love to be able to eat SOME things.. we shall see!..

I understand..it's hard to go back to P2 after eating so well in P3. It might be worth it just to try P4 and let your body stabilize more while eating other food. I've never done a successful P4 for I'll be watching you if you do...LOL. Hope you have a great day.

Thank you Shari!!! I AM POSITIVE I will be at goal in one year, and maintaining. My mind is made up! Nothing will stop me......

I agree, that I think doing P4 will be helpful in the long run. I am finishing P3 next Thursday officially, then I will slowly add more in I think. I have to know that I am not going to be crippled from carbs for life!...

Today's weight was 180.2! So I am very stable, and loving it!!..

SN: I saw your post about the person saying hhcg is a "ruse'and doesn't work. I was really thinking about how she said Atkins can work while taking hcg and thought about how you lost very well doing it this way...was like, hmmm, interesting. Then when she made her comments about hhcg and "use your brain" I was blown away! I really like your post...it's so true. I would still be near 200 if it wasn't for Jan introducing me/us to this plan. I'll never doubt hhcg...I love to eat, if it didn't really work I'd have never kept returning to it..it's certainly not a placebo! Thanks for your input! Don't want to have a debate about it so I chose to not comment.

Thanks Shari!! You don't know how much it took to bite my tongue and be polite.......... I just don't see how anyone can say something like that with all the evidence CLEARLY on this site even..

I thought it was a great idea also ( Atkins plus HCG ) but then I read what she actually eats, and most of it is products. So anyway! Like I said, everyone can do what they want, but don't put down what so many people are being successful on. I also decided to just drop it after that. I was going to debate, but you and I know where that gets us.......

I for one, am going to continue to push the boundaries of P2 to fit what I need to do, ( Omaha is a good example!) We all have to do what we have to do! .. GO US!!..

Thank you Julie

I know I am grateful... I just was liking being in the 70's for a bit, and would like to get going again, HOWEVER, I will wait. I want to lock this in!!

Hi MEEK!!! Yes, I am definately going to do another round. I am just trying to find the right timing, we have some things planned with family late August/early Sept. SO! I have to figure it out!

I took forever to plan my last round, so I was 100% ready!!! Will do the same again, only way I can stick out the 3 weeks of torture...

Hope things are going well for you still!

Thank you Shari!

This morning my weight was 179.8!! Eating clean works!!.. at least at this weight.. I am kinda thinking when I get down closer to goal, it may take more than just clean eating, but for NOW, I am happy!!!!

Hope you are having a great weekend!!

Woohoo! I think it's the 170's vs. 180's edge you're on. Mentally the lower decade just feels better!! You've learned a LOT about your body this round! So happy you've found what works, and you're working it!!

Deb, you're doing wonderful!! Congrats on making it back to your desired weight in the 170's. I too know how just being in a smaller decade is mentally more satisfying..LOL.

Didn't weigh this morning, I love the 70's too much to be disappointed ...

Seriously, I drank water when I got up and then of course, I can't weigh then!!! It's a good thing though, I don't want to see the up and down daily fluctuations now that I have stabilized well for over 2 weeks.

I know what to eat, and on Friday, I am going to add in some more carbs.

Busy week ahead, I will check back later!

Smart lady!

I think you can still stay on top of your weight without weighing everyday. Continue to stay mindful, eat well, and live!

You got this! Have a great day and don't over work yourself, lol.

I so understand, plus you're stabilizing nicely so probably no need to check daily anyway...I'd guess you'd have to do more of that in the beginning of P3. I know Robin encourages this anyway....I just can't stop now.

Hope you have a great day!
