Good Morning Shari!! Well so far I have had coffee with cream, and then I was hungry... I am a big breakfast eater unlike most of the others doing JUDDD so I had to have something.

I ended up eating 3 oz of breast meat chicken with hot mustard sauce from Mc D's. Shoot that Hot Mustard is 60 cals a container!! I only had half though, but it made my chicken so much better!!

Lunch will be a lean cuisine dinner, and if I am hungry a carb control yogurt.

Dinner? humm... don't know yet, but it won't be much. I HOPE!!!

JUDDD

Deb I am glad to here that you are giving JUDDD a go. I would eventually like to try this but calorie counting makes my head . I am glad to hear that so many others are enjoying it and the freedom it allows you with food. I guess it would be nice to watch others and see how they fare with losing some weight before giving it a go. I know a person could do it the LC way and probably lose weight. Carlorie cycling isn't really anything new but I think for some going down to only 500 calories a day would seem impossible. You have done Hhcg so I think you would do GREAT on it.

I am watching you gals and cheering you all on!

It went really good for me. I did not stay at 500 but I woke up to a 3 pound loss!!! I was happy with that!!! I ended up with around 750 in cals, so I can work my way down If I need to. I'll just see how it goes.

I got hungry around dinner time, and I had already had 500, so I ate a lean cuisine and was finished with food by 5pm. I think eating earlier in the day and stopping will help me. Thanks for the support!

Thank you Loretta! I hope to have a nice peaceful weekend. Up day today, and I had some brunch so far. French toast, scambled eggs and sauage gravy.. All home made and all GOOD. I can cook pretty well when I can make old fashioned goodies like this... Lovin this plan so far!!! ( this is only my third day.. )

Thank you Maggie!! I know what you mean !! I cannot do 500 cals right now, and I won't force myself to. I ended up at around 750 yesterday and felt fine. Now we will see how this works. Today I did have carbs for breakfast, but I also had protein and fat. I am going to attempt to have my carbs early and with protein. Day by Day and time will tell...

I know I want this extra fat off and I will do my best to go with this, Counting calories SUCKS, I don't like it. On the 2 up days so far, I have only estimated. I can't see myself counting every little calorie on an UP day. I read the book and he said in the early stages of working this plan, the people ate as they would normally eat and did not count cals. Gonna try that for a bit and see how it goes on my UP days.

DD I will attempt to keep them low. Experiment!!! continues...

Congrats Deb!!! I'm glad it's working for you too. You know how low to go, do what works for you. I'm guessing, since I don't have the book that the main thing is to have cycling with a nice spread in between that keeps the body guessing and released the SIRT1 gene...WTG!!

Thanks Shari!! Yes, the most important thing is the spread in the cals. Have to keep the body guessing and so far so good!! I had a nice up day yesterday. Did not count cals, but def was at least 1000 more than my DD. Today is a DD again, and I am not the least bit worried. I know what to do, and If I feel like I need more, I can work that out. Lovin it so far!!

Good for you! I started counting cals but didn't by the end of the day. I'm not stressing as much about UDs just concentrating on DDs. Let me tell you, I thoroughly enjoyed my cereal and sweet potato fries Knowing I can have it again tomorrow, I'm able to get through today A-OK

It is getting easier every day. The thing about yesterday was allowing myself to have what I wanted, but just a bite or two. It all added up to just about 600 cals. Not bad at all! for ME!...

Thanks Meek!!! Now to get into the exercise groove like you are!!! It will come for me, I know it. I don't have a close gym to either work or home, so when the weather gets nicer, I KNOW I will be outside much more.

Take one day at a time. It will happen and everything will fall into place .

ETA: I "try" to exercise everyday because it encourages me to eat well. I know losing weight is all about how we eat, but being active makes me feel good and in turn I want to eat better. If that makes any sense, lol.

Morning Friends, kind of quiet in the journals lately!! Is everyone busy and ok?... My UP day went wonderful, only I have a bloated belly this morning from something carby I had. Not sure what, but I am glad it is a DD today.

NOT HUNGRY. good sign that I can make it to lunch. Coffee with cream so far. Brought me some hot dogs and fruit for lunch. Dinner, don't know yet, but whatever is handy and that I don't have to think about. Maybe soup.

Hope the rest of the JUDDD budd's and all of my buddies are doing well!..
