Deb I am glad to here that you are giving JUDDD a go. I would eventually like to try this but calorie counting makes my head
. I am glad to hear that so many others are enjoying it and the freedom it allows you with food. I guess it would be nice to watch others and see how they fare with losing some weight before giving it a go. I know a person could do it the LC way and probably lose weight. Carlorie cycling isn't really anything new but I think for some going down to only 500 calories a day would seem impossible. You have done Hhcg so I think you would do GREAT on it.I am watching you gals and cheering you all on! ![]() |

It went really good for me. I did not stay at 500 but I woke up to a 3 pound loss!!! I was happy with that!!!
I ended up with around 750 in cals, so I can work my way down If I need to. I'll just see how it goes.I got hungry around dinner time, and I had already had 500, so I ate a lean cuisine and was finished with food by 5pm. I think eating earlier in the day and stopping will help me. Thanks for the support! ![]() Thank you Loretta! I hope to have a nice peaceful weekend. Up day today, and I had some brunch so far. French toast, scambled eggs and sauage gravy.. All home made and all GOOD. I can cook pretty well when I can make old fashioned goodies like this... Lovin this plan so far!!! ( this is only my third day.. ) |

I'm glad it's working for you too. You know how low to go, do what works for you. I'm guessing, since I don't have the book that the main thing is to have cycling with a nice spread in between that keeps the body guessing and released the SIRT1 gene...WTG!! |

Good for you! I started counting cals but didn't by the end of the day. I'm not stressing as much about UDs just concentrating on DDs. Let me tell you, I thoroughly enjoyed my cereal and sweet potato fries

Morning Friends, kind of quiet in the journals lately!! Is everyone busy and ok?...
My UP day went wonderful, only I have a bloated belly this morning from something carby I had. Not sure what, but I am glad it is a DD today.NOT HUNGRY. good sign that I can make it to lunch. Coffee with cream so far. Brought me some hot dogs and fruit for lunch. Dinner, don't know yet, but whatever is handy and that I don't have to think about. Maybe soup. Hope the rest of the JUDDD budd's and all of my buddies are doing well!.. ![]() |

Good morning Deb, hope with today being a DD the bloat goes away. I had two cups of coffee with cream and still need more..lots of paperwork I need to do today..this new system is a beast trying to navigate..ugh. Sorry, rambling..see I do need coffee..LOL. Oh I don't count the cream on DDs..it's like it's invisible to me...
