You will LOVE IT! I swear, it is so easy, I don't know why I didn't try it before. I wasted alot of money on those little sugar free chocolates that have so much crap in them, when this just has a few ingredients ( mainly good for you FAT ) !

PLUS! you can make it sweet or more like a dark chocolate depending on how much splenda or cream you put in it. Experiment on how you prefer your chocolate to taste. I love them though, and my whole family eats this instead of the store bought stuff now. ENJOY!
Thank you so much. I haven't had any sugar cravings just yet, but I am ovulating, so that may change... these will DEF come in handy!!!

This is the perfect thing for a craving. So are the Clouds. I just make these up, put them in the freezer and when I just really have to have something, they are there. Frozen, but takes no time at all to thaw. Also, out of sight, out of mind when I don't want anything sweet!

Oh, you know, we could add crushed almonds, coconut, and pecans to the mixture too, if/when we crave that nutty crunchy taste!

oh good LORD!! the possibilities are endless!!!

Yes, you can make your own chocolate bar in any way you want it!! AND it's good for you too!... love it!!

Oh did I forget to say before you pop it into the freezer, put it on some parchment or wax paper and spread it out like a chocolate bar, or make little tiny pieces too if you want.

Thanks Shari! I agree, it is perfect for the sweet tooth! Both the chocolate and the clouds will fit that bill. Also, with the butter in it, will fill you up!

Have a great day all my buddies!

Good morning Deb! I will have to try your chocolate recipe once I'm in P3 - I have no self control when it comes to chocolate I had a suggestion for you - I was watching a youtube video of someone making cocoa-crack and she bought these ice-cube trays that were the shape of kit-kat bars. The were like rectangles and plastic/non-stick. You could pour your chocolate into those and make actual "bars". I'm not sure where she got them, I will try to find out. After she make the cocoa crack w/coconut oil and froze them, the bars popped right out!

Deb-sounds like you're doing well!! So happy to see that!!

Love your choc. recipe. THe splenda is good in it? Many say splenda is bitter in choc recipes (never noticed this myself). I may have to experiment a bit w. that. Hmmmm... now I'm mulling it over. Some unsweet coconut. Hmmm.

I'm going to try adding back some CO next week. I gained on it a while back, but I think that may have been a portion control problem . Do you dabble in CO at all?

Julie, you may be right, because I used splenda in one batch and my hubs said it was bitter (tasted ok to me). Then I made a batch using Davinci syrup and it was very good. The consistency of the chocolate changed (more like cake frosting) IMMEDIATELY after I added sweetner It was hard to pour on the wax paper.

I made chocolate candy using CO before. It taste almost the same as using butter, but the fat and calories are a bit higher.

Hi Julie! Well I say splenda in the recipe, but I noticed I have been using the off brand no calorie sweetner from the baking section when I ran out of splenda. ( CHEAPER) !! I don't think it is bitter AT ALL... Maybe because we don't cook it? Anyway, I love it as it is, but I am sure it would be wonderful with any number of different ingredients!

The main thing is the butter and bakers chocolate. Then the Cream. You can sweeten it however you choose! I don't like coconut in any form, so I don't know how that would taste..

Thank you Shari! I will also say that this is NOT ADDICTIVE to me.. at all. I only have it when I really want something sweet. Today, I have not had any because I just don't want it.

So, don't be afraid of it. I think it is just good to be prepared when cravings do happen!

Deb, I find it hard to eat more than a few pieces . Those two little pieces I had last night really hit the spot! The chocolate made Christian and I very thirsty which helped with getting more water in before bed. I love them, and not addictive at all.

OH! And I added a little sprinkle of crushed walnuts, and my batter ended up smelling like brownies. So so so good!
