Thank you Pati! I wish the same for you! gosh it is Thursday already! I have been so busy with work this week that it has flown for me.

I am shocked to say that I am losing about .5 pounds per day eating wonderful things. Like Ribeye slathered in butter, mushrooms and onions. Grilled meats of all kinds.. not just chicken.. Home made chocolate which I have talked about before, but I have some everyday and still lose.

I am happily in my groove and taking it day by day!! I hope everyone is doing well, and having a nice week.

I am so happy for you!!!!

I am still considering this too! As much as I love the freedom of JUDDD something in the back of my mind continues to itch at me to do low carb because in the end, it's one of the healthiest ways to eat! SURE JUDDD works but the things I eat on my up days (when following rotation) are not healthy. I considered incorporating the two but who knows....I'm always tossing ideas in my head!

That was me too!! No matter how much I tried to follow JUDDD, I always had this nagging in my head that Low Carb was the way I should eat forever. Yes, it can get boring, HOWEVER, I know when I get this extra off, I can enjoy other things now and then and keep it under control. LOW CARB is my life right now.

Good luck with whatever you choose hon! Just do what is right for YOU.

Wonderful Shari!!! I am finding I am FINALLY cutting back on my portions.. naturally. This is helping me to shed some fat.. . At first I always eat too much just so I won't be tempted by other things. Now I am finally becomming more satisfied with less food...

Happy Friday everyone!! I am off early, then going to be working around the yard all weekend. It should be GORGEOUS HERE!!..

You know, cutting back portion always natually happens when ketosis appears. I can't wait to reach that point... a few more days and I'll be there . We can do this Deb, and Shari .

Thank you Ladies!! I have been working out in our yard, getting things ready for spring planting! I LOVE flowers!! Then the pool in May..

So, I MUST get in shape to enjoy summer.. Seems like we say that way too many years, and hopefully one day this will stick! I am loving LC this time. It really is so easy. I have to watch it though on the treats. I made the Cream cheese clouds in Linda Sue's recipes.. and O M G are they good!!

Perfect low carb treat though, if you can limit yourself to about 2 at a time. Taste like little perfect cheesecakes.. yummmmm. Although not sure they are induction friendly, it is only Cream Cheese, butter, vanilla and splenda.

So I have worked very hard today, I shall have 2 cream cheese clouds after my roast beef dinner!

Recipe please! They sound fabulous My husband started low-carb about 3-4 weeks ago and he's gone from 263-243 lbs. already!! Twenty pounds in 3 weeks - men suck! I would love to make these for him - I could probably add some cocoa powder too to make them chocolatey And, they sound perfect for P3!

Have a great day!
