Good Morning Lyn!! The trip was long overdue and you're right well deserved! I am trying to stay OP! Today is a DD and I am planning to hit the library for my Zumba class. I hope I can hang on so little cals today. I am going to hold off on eating my oatmeal until an hour before class begins. I really need to get back in there. Those classes are free and I am taking it for granted. And I am starting to feel some fluff return. Not cool!! Anyway thanks for the encouragement as always!
LOL! awwww I still haven't booked a hotel yet.....gotta get on that!

DD went well!

Here's what I had:

B: Coffee and cream 20 cals
L: oatmeal w/ brown sugar/vanilla almond milk/butter 219 cals
D: Light beef pot roast Progresso soup w/ extra celery 174
S: seedless red grapes 121

Ended up with 534 cals...I'll take it. If I get hungry later on tonight I will go to bed or have a cup of hot tea. Tomorrow is UD!!

UD!!!



Good morning Sunshynes!!!

I look forward to UD days. The funny thing is I don't go hog wild on my UDs either. I mean there are no limits to which foods I can have as long as I am within my cals. This plan helps you make sensible choices because not will have you over the limit easily. Those cals add up quick!

Today I am feeling like Mexican!! Tacos, chips and salsa, guacamole...the whole bit! Nothing else really to report other than I weighed in at 180.5 this morning!! I will be back in the 170's by next week! I really love JUDDDing!

Menu

B: 2 Nutri-grain Eggo waffles with whip cream and strawberries 238 cals
Seedless red grapes 121 cals
L: ???
D: Tacos, chips and salsa, black beans, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, corn tortillas (all within my limits)

This is what I know of so far. I will add my final totals later. Ciao for now!!

178.5!! I shouldn't be happy because I was here just a short 2 weeks ago. I am going to be happy because had I been on Atkins it would have taken me longer to get back to the weight I was before my cheat. I luvmesum JUDDD!!!! today is an UD too!! Life is gud!

Menu

B: crescent roll with one slice of turkey bacon, egg and shredded cheese/ grits and coffee (more like brunch) 428 cals
D: Parmesan Panko Herb encrusted chicken green beans or salad with sweet potato

I will add final cals for dinner and anything else I eat later today!! Have a good one ya'll!!

Isn't it great! I know what you mean by Atkins it would of taken longer and the gain might have been larger.

Girl...it def is the BOMB!!! I can't see myself following any other plan!! I'm loving it!! And you are right the gain would have been much more on Atkins also! I love Atkins but I luuuuuvvvvvv JUDDD!

Totals for tonight...

So tonight I had Parmesan panko crusted chicken with smashed red potatoes and green beans. My local market was out of sweet potatoes and I didn't feel like going to around looking for them. Boooo I also had a bag of Pop Secret 94% ff popcorn, a honey crisp apple and a few glasses of Moscato. Total cals for today was roughly 1607 give or take a few.

Stopping in late tonight. I didn't realize I hadn't checked in today. DD went ok...I went a little over 500 cals. I had oatmeal for breakfast and for dinner a 6" subway turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread. I didn't feel like cooking or eating soup so we just picked up Subway since they were only $5 for foot-long sammies!!
