There are some that started out on higher cals on DDs and lost weight, then worked their way down. That's an option...

Holy Cow! You are doing fantastic with JUDDD!!! I love it! It has been working for me very well too. I reread the book over the weekend and it's very encouraging to know that this will work. My DD yesterday was easy peasy - no hunger or cravings at all

Morning Cle!! Thanks girl!! I am happy to have found something that I can fit into my lifestyle fairly easily. I got so tired of having slip ups on LC and then taking the next week or so to correct the slip up. I also do not want to go back to where I have already been...tired of that too! I have read peeps having success consuming higher cals on DDs...There is lots of info in the forum...good info! Read up!

Thanks for all the encouragement and help you've given me Gracie! I am trying my best to succeed with this plan. The DDs are not a walk in the park, but I have hope!

Lol I had a dd today. Yesterday ended up being a Md because we ended up having ppm over! Great dd today! Just under 500 cals, no hunger!

yup! just like that, we are on the same schedule. I'm trying not to weigh for a week. reason being, i just switched schedules at work and now my body has to adjust to new sleeping patterns again. excited for a good up day today. having oatmeal and 1 slice of buttered toast for breakfast, marie calendars pot pie at work and a light snack when i get home (about 3-400 cals).

Better to not let the scale discourage you. I am holding off also. I had a good first few days on the plan so I am keeping it positive. Enjoy your yummy food hun!!

Good Morning Friends!!!

I had a great UD yesterday. I found a General Tso's and stuffed zucchini recipe on Pinterest. I loved that site and the eats I got from it. I ended up with 461 cals left over from yesterday. Here's a breakdown of what I ate.

B: (Old faithful) oatmeal/ .25 cheddar sausage link
L: 6 pieces of eel and cuke sushi roll
D: General Tso's chix/ baked sweet potato/zucchini boats
S: Wasabi Almonds, 4 strawberries, vanilla almond crunch granola

I am going to try to post the pic of the chix and zucchini.

Today is DD and meals will be

B: 2 Eggo Nutri Grain whole grain waffles 7 strawberries/whipped cream
D: a serving of chix/cabbage/laughing cow cheese dish (recipe on DD Food porn)

I will round out right at or under 500 cals.

Tomorrow is weigh-in...anxious and scared to see where I will be.
