I never gave JUDDD a true chance but I am right now soooooo stubborn and wanting the weight to melt off which is why I ended up with hhcg AGAIN!

I've juggled so many "WOEs" as of the last month to month and half. I think I maintained (at best) extremely well during the Holidays for a change. I normally gain ALOT!

*sigh* I tend to forget how difficult p2 is (boring food). But I am only on day 3. I must give this at best a full 2 weeks!
The whole protocol is exhausting if you ask me! It takes a very strong person to get through P2 and then onto P3. There is nothing easy about this I always get more motivation once I get past the second week because I know I can quit soon! I always end up extending my rounds because there's no pressure about getting in a certain number of days, KWIM?

Yes, keep pushing! I found the hardest days were 3-5 in the past, after the first week it become a lot easier. You're struggling because you're bored with the food or experiencing hunger?

I always feel sorry for myself because I want to eat!!! I'm not hungry, I just want to snack on something. I'm the worst on the weekends I could seriously cry because I want to go out to eat and have some beer I'm a huge baby!

We all have that "wanting to just eat" struggle!

Shari, right now I think it's true hunger cuz I just polished off (about 30 minutes ago) another 24 oz of water and well my stomach is yelling at me! LOL

Off to get some fruit...

oh no, then that's rough. Is it a new bottle? Eat more protein if needed, maybe that will help. Is there somewhere you can buy this before tonight?

no.hunger.allowed.

Anyone have any idea if hhcg raises blood pressure?

I have ALWAYS been perfect with my blood pressure readings. At times, lower than norm but never high. I had my blood pressure taken at work (they do this for incentives $). Anyway, first reading was 135/90. The nurse told me to go back to work and see if it was a bad reading cuz I had just walked a long way.

I go later in the day and it's higher (I think KNOWING it was high the first time freaked me causing me to freak more

Please know that I normally wouldn't care. I'm losing weight. I am the smallest I have been in YEARS. I eat semi-healthy. I exercise. But this is bugging me more than I thought it would.

I will be going to my doc to check my blood pressure but I was just wondering if the hhcg could be the cause

Anyway, that was my freaking out night. I feel better today but still concerned.

Hey Pati, congrats on the loss, you're rolling right out of the 180's!
I'm not sure about the B/P part (?). I hope you can find the cause..that is scary.
I love tilapia and cilantro..never thought to combine the two...great idea!

I hope it's not the hhcg cuz I love the losses

OMG Shari, the cilantro tilapia mix is THE BEST! I season the tilapia with lemon pepper and the italian spices from McCormick (I think that's the brand). Anyway, then I chop cilantro very small and slather it on the fish and bake! I LOVE IT!!! BEST WAY TO EAT TILAPIA IN MY BOOK

I have to go to the grocery store so I'm definitely picking up fresh cilantro and more fish. Plus I'm adding the chicken legs as I'm the guinea pig for trying that..so says Lo! And steak...yum!

I hope it's not the hhcg too. I hope it's gone down. When are you testing it again?

I know I should go soon but it probably won't be til next week...

Good luck with the chicken legs and steak. I think I always have better losses when I eat meat. May do that tonight to see if that holds true. I had fish last night. Didn't lose much (altho glad for the lb).

Its fun to try and figure things out

Funny how different our bodies are, I lose best on chicken and fish. Can eat steak and lose but ground beef, nada.

Morning lovely friends

I normally don't log onto the computer all weekend since I am on it all week! I always (almost always) take my breaks.

My update? This outta sum it up for you guys -->

What a debauchery of a weekend!!! I really am not feeling guilty about it but I am not weighing today either. (that part was REALLLLLLY difficult for me! I'm a get up and weigh asap type gal). Anyway, back to it I go today. I'm still on my pellets. I will drink loads of water for the next few days and eat as clean as possible. I'm vowing to not weigh til Wednesday. I don't want to be scared away

BTW - Friday I felt HORRIBLE! I mean to the point where I was about to pass out. So I had soup before leaving work. yeah, it wasn't even a soup that I could call "plan". But I felt really bad. Anyway, it's a good thing I did have it cuz my normal 30 minute drive home took me 3 freakin' frakin' hours DUMB SNOW!!

Ok, giving this my all this week and if I feel bad again, I think I will go to JUDDD. I will JUDDD/IF and see what happens then

Have a great day everyone! And thanks for stopping by

Sorry you felt horrible Friday. I agree with Lo, you have to do what works for you. You lose well on JUDDD too so if you need to switch, it's still all good.

I hate my commute when the weather changes. I'm going in to work late today due to prediction of freezing rain...
