Still have no clue!

Regardless, I dosed this morning and it will be a low cal day. My supposed "loading" days didn't do too much damage. I am up 3 lbs. Saw 182 on Saturday and with my debauchery of a Sunday and a so so Monday I am only up 3 lbs. I guess I'm "winging" it and taking it day-by-day.

That 3lbs will be gone in no time!! Congrats on seeing 182!! So you're maybe doing the protocol, with JUDDD and low carb?
Honey, you'll get NO judgement from us..like Deb said. I'm trying to think of one plan I haven't tried yet....still thinking

I went to the JUDDD forum and looked at the pic..she looks good!

Morning loves

Well, I managed to keep below 500 cals yesterday (dosing still) and I worked out. Woke up to a three pound loss (back to where I was before ) Today I am making an UP DAY but I will try to contain myself. (Still dosing).
I am not hungry yet so I'll have an early lunch instead of both breaky and lunch. I'll hit Subway (healthiest option here). Then dinner will be whatever DH makes.

So I guess right now I'll keep doing up/down days while dosing and see what that does

I work in an office with ALOT OF PEOPLE (think cube world) and someone is eating what seems to smell like a juicy delicious steak!

I JUST SAID I WASN'T HUNGRY!! That smell is making me rethink that statement!

Yep! Just keeping the JUDDD schedule while dosing..Upday today. Down day tomorrow.

I will keep a very very close eye on the scale tho. I go above 185 and I'm done!

Morning loves

3 lbs up. 3 lbs down. 3 lbs up. 3 lbs down. Seems my body likes this weight Down day today. Let's see what happens tomorrow with the scale.

I "kinda" have a planned lunch out with a coworker IF it doesn't rain. So I saw on a JUDDD thread that Panera has a soup that's quite low in cals (low fat chicken tortilla soup - 200 cals and 90 of those being the tortilla chips which I could just skip all together ) That's where we will be headed!
