Good Morning Ladies!!!

Sorry I have been MIA... but computer is still with the tech getting fixed. He is hoping to get it back to me today and hopefully the "sick" coworker is back at work today. Still have tons of work to do though I hate the first of the year.

Well I haven't weighed because I forgot my scale at home and we stayed at James house for the weekend to celebrate his birthday.

The only cheat I had was a piece of cake... everything else has been on plan. And after the cake, BIG D came!! My body really hates carbs now!!!

So here is my menu for today
B: 2 boiled eggs, 2 sausage patties
L: Baked fish; turkey; zuchini
D: IF....

I don't know if I will make it to the gym today because since James had to work yesterday on his bday he wants to go bowling for us to celebrate. So that is up in the air right now.

But I was at the gym Thurs-Sat!!

Hey Ceecee, congrats on going to the gym! I think only have one slice of cake is good...for me, that would've sent me headfirst into carbs and sugar for the rest of the day!! Hopefully things will slow down for you at work this week with the coworker returning.

Me too!! This is the longest he has taken to fix it. But he does it for free so I need to stop complaining. I usually still give him something though. He's so sweet.

I miss all of you all ssssoooo much!!

Well had another piece of cake last nite And woke up to 264.2 this am!!

NO MORE CAKE FOR ME!!! Going home tonight... I told James he can have that! The rest of the day was on plan so that was good. I am determined to make it to the 250's!!

Gym workout tonight. Trying to do 3 miles on the elliptical.

Thanks Dani for the birthday wishes for James.

Oh yea the 'puter is fixed!! He brought it to me this am!!! BACK IN BUSINESS!!!
