Almost forgot that I need a probiotic after taking all those antibiotics.

Going to GNC to look for a good one with high potency. Any recomendations?? Also, taking a swig of ACV a day.

Garden of Life Primal Defense probiotic is high potency -- somewhat expensive. I usually buy PB8 probiotic and saw positive effects in my digestion.

My doctor recommended align probiotic. I bought it and it's expensive - like $30 for 28 pills but it's very good.

Keep drinking that water and you'll get your whooshie!!!

No idea... but if there's a pill that I can swallow without having to actually taste it that will do the trick then I'm all over that one.

.... I did see some flavored typa kefir stuff at Whole Foods the other day...strawberry & chocolate I think... that I might be able to suffer through

Yea I am trying to eat more probiotic foods but other than yogurt and the kefir I don't know many others with high natural probiotics in them.

Yea... I bought some. Trying to search high and low for food with probiotics in them that are low carb

DNW today... was running late for work. Weekend was good. Food was on plan. NY trip this WEEk!!!

I had my colonic on Saturday.... Boy can you say cleaned out!!! She told me the second time would be a charm and would get a lot out but boy!!!! I should be clean as a whistle.

I felt so light afterwards. I love them.

Good Afternoon Ladies!!!

Ok. NY Deets.

We went to Madame Tussauds.... AMAZING!!! Some of the wax figures look soooo real. I literally told one excuse me LOL.

We stayed in Times Square at the Westin. BEAUTIFUL hotel. Close to everything. We Also went to the Empire State Building..... VERY INFORMATIVE!! Loved the tour guide. The views were beautiful as well. We roamed times square... got our shop on at the 4 teir Forever21.

Unfortunately the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island were closed still from Hurricane Sandy but we took a great cruise that took us around the island where they sit. Beautiful. Also had some more history. We saw Chicago on Broadway!!!! I loved the show. It was funny and very entertaining. We also took a tour of Harlem and ate at an old soul food restaurant called Sylvia's..... MOUTHWATERING GOODNESS. Did some more walking around... China town, garment district, ect. We had a ball. So fun for sure. Ate at a few food carts and got some .99 pizza... BEST pizza I have had in a minute.

It was also one of my girlfriends birthday so we went to dave and busters the night of her birthday and played games, had a few drinks and ate a little bit. So much fun.
