Feel better and get some rest!!! My sister had a sore throat for like 5 weeks straight. She went to her doctor and strep was negative but it wouldn't go away. She went to a specialist and they said tonsillitis which is just a throat infection and gave her Amoxycillin. Seems to be helping. I am so ready for winter to be over and SPRING TO GET HERE

Morning Friends!!

292.5 this am..... back to original weight feeling the same way. Fed up and ready to lose. Tired tho. I think I need to add b12 to my medley of vitamins.

Anywhoo, M/E fast today. And attempting to watch calories. I have to drop this weight. I hate feeling like this. But glad the sickness is over so I can make some moves.

That is how I felt, too...sometimes I think we have to get to that point and then something "clicks." You can do it, girl...you've successfully done it before! Hold on to that thought and just keep truckin'!

Great Morning Friends!!

290.2... Going down.

Cooked all last night. Made sausage egg casserole with pepperjack cheese. Can we say YUM!!!!

Also baked some crispy wings and roasted some broccoli. Yum Yum!!

Still no TOM but no worries... I will do not have a gut full of human (I have made sure of this). LOL I think the antibiotics are playing with him and throwing him off.... now he doesn't know when to come.

Yesterday's menu was really good. Plan on today being the same. Logging all my food.
