YES!!!! Almost the weekend!!

286.4 I guess this is my new weight. I took a break yesterday from working out hoping that I would release some water. Working out sucks on the scale

Well, going to the gym today so I will prob be 300lbs tomorrow

Anyhoo, I only have 12 days to meet my goal of 20lbs lost!!!

Doing the fat fast again starting tomorrow.

SOOO my job has this thing. They do cake at the end of the month for that months birthdays. Well, you know my birthday was in Jan. I didn't wanna go in the cafe( I usually avoid so I won't give in) but the vulchers came looking for me. UUUGGGHHH

I ate the cake Anna Mae!!!! LOL And it was carrot. And it was the corner piece.

Ok... confession over.

Great Morning Friends!!!!

286.4... My weight just does NOT want to budge.

I know I need more sleep. I tend to lose more on the weekends because I am able to get an extra hour or two. Also I went to Zumba class yesterday. New teacher=insane. But a good insane. She would not let anyone stop moving. I almost got a little dramatic and passed out. But that would have been a little overboard. LOL And lastly, Maybe it was the cake. Who knows. *shrugs*

So, taking a break today from working out. I have been working out 3 days straight. Back to it Saturday. Too many days off makes me lazy and out of my mojo.

LOL love insane and I'm glad you didn't play the drama queen.

Two new ladies were in our dance class yesterday and just taking up space standing there. If you don't know the moves at least try and fake it til you make it. They just stood there looking like fools...they left half way through and everyone was too excited. LOL

It's possible that your weight is holding because you're due for a lil bit of a whoosh... You've been doing so well with your IF'ing and the exercise I bet something good is coming.

Ha!..I could just see you doing the dramatic faint! Glad you enjoyed the class, it sounds like alot of fun.

Sleep definitely does something with the scale so rest up and lookin' forward to those weekend weigh-in's!

When you find that freaking fairy send her my way too, I do think all the working out makes you hold on to water or something that we dont lose I am so frustrated I am working out hardcore and nothing, it is so frustrating!!!!

Great Morning Friends.

Yea IDK what the whoosh fairy's problem is but she is playing with my emotions.

I did not weigh this am. Ate too many wings and pizza toppings late last night watching the game. Also had a LC cheesecake from Cheesecake factory!!! Had to watch the Raven's bring that win in instyle. LOL James loves the Ravens. And I just like Ray Lewis LOL

Fasting this am....not sure until what time yet but my system needs a rest from food. And I am awaiting the big D Nothing since Wed. I ran out of Magnesium. Another reason why the scale hasn't been so good to me. Need to scoop up some more.
