Great Morning friends!!!

DIDN'T weigh AGAIN today. The afternoon workouts keep me up too long at night which makes me wake up late for work. Made it in time but literally made it by one minute. I need to work on this. Maybe take some melatonin after working out. but something is gonna have to give.

Kitty- I forgot to pick it up I am today though. Someone had some in the fridge this am so I asked if I could use some of theirs.

Thanks for all the congrats ladies!! I am soooo excited. I feel like I have been in school forever. LOL After this I need to be making the big bucks. Especially the CPA exam.

Amber- That would be nice if I lived closer. Would so love to work with him.

Have a great day all!!

B: Sausage egg caserole I made (turkey sausage cooked in CO, eggs, shredded cheese, HWC, spoon full of mayo) Trying to up the fat.
L: I bought lemon herb talapia and roasted broccoli but I am so full from breaky right now.... I don't know if I will have room to eat it.
D: IF'ing.... I failed at this yesterday. Trying again today. Aiming to IF at least 4-5 days a week. Mainly work days.

I need to make more fat bombs and figure out a way to keep them from MIKEY aka James He loves those things

Mmmm...lemon herb tilapia! Sounds yummy.

What time do you start IF'ing? I probably need to give myself a cut-off time on most days -- I think I eat too late in the evening/night.

It is soooo good. Picked it up from Publix. Already seasoned. Made sure no starches or sugars in the seasonings. Also, Picked up some so I can season myself. Asked the meat man.

My eating window is from 8-2. Then I fast the rest of the day. Allows me to get 2 good meals in. And most of the time if i keep it low carb (high protein, no Atkins bars ect) before I close my eating window, I am not hungry.

It's amazing what fasting does. I was one of the ones who swore upside down & sideways that I would NEVER do anything like that. Surprise surprise! It's actually easy to do after you get used to it and understand what your body's trying to say to you. The first few days can be rough, I was ready to chew my arm off (or so I thought!), but then ya get into a swing and you start to feel really good. Somethin to be said for that "light" feeling you get from it. Totally agree though, it's not for everyone!

It's not that hard unless you have temptation or peer pressure. LOL

I agree with Dani. Now it took me a while to get into the swing of things but once you get into LC and your're not hungry I just use that to my advantage. Which is why I think it is important to eat proteins and veggies before you close your window. I promise if you do it right the weight will fall off and it gives your systems time to recoup.

Kitty- I still left my HWC

Great morning Friends!!

287.8 this am.... I am thinking it is either the workouts or not enough water. So back to drinking like a fish today!!

I made some Buffalo Chicken dip last night for lunch today Can't wait to dig in.

IF went well yesterday. Stopped eating at 2 and resumed this am at 8 am.

She is old and complains about EVERYTHING. No one does anything right in her eyes I promise. She is just stuck in her ways. But she only has a few months left. *does praise dance*

2 packages of Turkey Sausage (Can use any kind)

1/2 cup HWC

4 eggs

2 spoonfulls of mayo (for extra fat)

1 package of shredded cheese

2tbs Coconut oil

PreHeat Oven to 350 degrees

Brown sausage in coconut oil
Once Browned, place in a baking pan.

Whisk eggs, HWC, mayo, and half pack of cheese together. Pour over sausage.

Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake 30-35 mins.

Enjoy!!
