Great Morning Friends!!

288.3 this am AGAIN.... I drunk about 3 of my 24oz water container and had about 4 16oz Aquafina's at home. about 136 ozs total so water was good for the day. I think I ate my wings too late... IDK. It was about 7:30ish. Maybe that's it. Menu was exactly how I posted it. I did have 2 SF candies tho earlier that day. But that's it. Now I am sure it is TOM or maybe the bfast catastrophe is not out of my system yet. IDK.

Anyhoo, Still tracking along.

Menu:
B: Turkey Bacon and eggs w/ cheese; Coffee
L: Turkey Burger guts/ w cheese mayo lettuce mustard tomato
D: ?? I have some bacon wrapped chicken breast at home I picked up from the grocery. They are stuffed w/ cream cheese and jalepenos
S: handful of almonds

Great Morning Friends!!!

289.1... I swear I should not weigh during TOM.

I went to the gym yesterday!!!!! 1 mile on the eliptical and 2.5 miles on the bike. Back in action. But I did notice that TOM is heavier since I left the gym.... Maybe that has something to do with it We did have hibachi yesterday (Benihana Birthday coupon for $30 worth of free food) but I only had veggies grilled (no teriyaki sauce and shrimp and chicken no sauce at all just salt and pepper). So I think I did pretty good on the eating but maybe it was too late. We didn't leave until 8. IDK. But free coupon used!!

I had such a good time at the gym. I thought it would be awkward but it wasn't. I thought I would feel like everyone was looking at me because last few times I went I was smaller and people would notice that I "let myself go" But they didn't. All is well with the world. I guess I felt ashamed.

Anyhoo, Here is my menu for today

B: Turkey bacon; egg salad; coffee
L: Burger guts
D: Think I am gonna try IF again... But if I am hungry I will eat (not sure because of TOM) But I did well IF'ing before.
S: ?? I am trying to stay away from the SF candies. Trying not to blow my coworkers away

Thanks Mel!!! I am trying to incorporate foods that worked for me before.

Yes we do too. I have to tell them NO SAUCE or I will see a baaaaad number. I did find some White sauce (yum yum sauce) at publix... only has 2 carbs!!! I was thinking about taking it and squirting it out under the table on my plate. Ratchet much?!! HAHAHA

Doing good, CeeCee..I agree with Gracie about muscles retaining water. It always happen to me when I first start working out...but you know the benefits later are worth a stall now. LOL, ratchet. I first heard that word on Tamar and Vince..they are funny! Hope you have a great weekend, hun.

Lol @Amber!! Ratchet means "ghetto". It's a term that had been used loosely over this past year. Mainly from a song. But people use it to describe things that are out of order.

I do partly CG at times (washing with conditioner). I like using VO5 or Suave conditioners for that purpose b/c I use a decent sized amount and then really massage it in really well. I don't think I can get down with the never using shampoo thing though...I tried and it started driving me crazy. LOL. I feel like I have to use a clarifying shampoo every now and then. I do believe in not shampooing as often though b/c the sulfates dry out your hair.
