Morning!!!! Here I am.

Thanks for all the congrats. I am sooo excited.

So this thanksgiving I was not as prepared as last yr. Ate OFF plan. :-/

Weight is now 286.0 today. Found out I was eating hidden carbs in sausage, eggs and cheese that I was getting from the gas station when running late for work. I have to plan better. So today, Got up and cooked. Down a lb from yesterday. I am determined to make this a lifetime change!!!! No more cheats for a while.

Now that everything is settled with the recent move and the stress of "pleasing" everyone at my job, I can now focus on me and quit STRESSING!!!!

Cee we need a plan for the New Year I was thinking about what made me successful, and maybe I need to re read my own freaking journals, LOL But I am thinking it will be posting food and weights and more accountability, I am maintaining but ideally I need to lose like 40 more pounds, and nothing seems to move it partially cause I am all strict then one day blows my week, I need to get back to my strict mode after the holidays big changes for me, I have come too far to not see this through so lets think, put your thinking cap on, right down the things that tempt you and throw you of course, and then thing back to when you were doing really well, what was working for you? Writing stuff on paper is amazing, like looking at it in black and white really makes you think!

YEEESSS Let's do this thing!!! I have been doing the exact same thing. Writing down what was working for me and what I HAD to stay away from. Yea I am def eating more SF crap that I shouldn't be eating. The weight is slowly coming off. Hopefully we can start back clean. I am still doing it during December too to help me to bring the new year in right. Also, I need a push to get back in the gym. I am totally slacking on that.

So, I am down to 282 which is good considering TOM started yesterday So hoping to be in the 270's by the weekend and praying to be in the 260's by Christmas or right after. But Before my Birthday, I want to be in the LOW 260's. Birthday is Jan. 3rd.

I am getting serious!!! I have been doing good. Stayed on play for the last few days. Forgot to weigh this am.... running late. SMH But Yesterday I was at 281 which is below my low of 282!!! And I think TOM is leaving. YAY!!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!!!! I hope everyone had a great blessed holiday. Mine was great!! Enjoyed a good time with friends and family. Good times.

Back on plan yesterday. I had slithers of 3 pies yesterday.... call myself getting small pieces. LOL back to it. Didn't have time to weigh this am... BACK AT WORK!!!! and I was running late. Also started working out again last week. Trying to bring the new yr in RIGHT!!!
