I am just now finishing up month end close. Thier month end is crazy here. Leaves little time for anything.

Have not weighed. been stressing. Eat one bad thing a day.

but not indulging which is better. still not great.

I think eating on WWPP had me on a slippery slope. IDK. or maybe I just have no self control.

But I am trying it one more time and giving it my all. Mainly staying LC to deter the carbmonster. Because once he attacks my body he takes over.

Weighed in at 284 this am.

Back on the wagon again....

TOM messes me up every month too, I imagine it would be much worse when you're trying something new and not sure what to eat/ what triggers cravings. I think it's a good idea to give it another go, and pay attention to your body and how you're feeling. Sometimes it's tricky to figure out what works for us - goodness know I know it. I'm still trying to break through my stall and it's been almost a year!

Try WWPP without the stress of focusing on low carb...there are lots of options. My issue is motivation to stay the course!!!
