276 this am.... I know it is all water so no worries. I need to CHUG today. I didn't drink enough yesterday. Menu: B: Coffee w/ creamer and splenda; Atkins Shake (4pts) 2 carbs L: Salad (Either Chipolte or Zaxby's) (17 pts) 8 carbs D: IF'ing. S: Don't have one yet. Plan on running to Target and buying more almonds Yes I am excited for Disney!!!! WOOO HOOOOO Yes JG. I am happy we are all doing it together. |

BACK FROM HOBOKEN!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
Weighing in at 278.8.... not too bad. Menu today kinda all over the place. More on the Mid carb- hc side because I haven't been to the grocery store nor had time this morning to stop for bfast. So ate something out of the vending machine! oh wellDD and her cousins had a BLAST!!!! Stayed at the Nick Hotel, went to Magic Kingdom, and Seaworld. They were wore out!! But overall had a great time. I am so glad we took them. here is my menu today Menu: B: Brown sugar pop tarts; coffee 11 pts (68 carbs )L: Zaxby's Salad 17pts D: IF'ing. 28 pts.... maybe a snack later in the afternoon

Shari!!Ended up having Shrimp, Chicken and broccoli for lunch from Panda Express (9 pts; about 6 carbs) S: Oh Yea Protein bar 5 ptsTotal points for the day was about 42 but IF'ing for dinner. 278.9 this am. Going back down. I attempted to stop and get breakfast this am but didn't have time so I had to get a pop tart from the vending machine. I need to start preparing my food at home. I move too slow in the am. Menu: B: Brown Sugar Pop Tarts (22pts) 134 net carbs!!! Didn't weigh this am. I was in a rush and forgot. ![]() I mad a spinach hamburger casserole last night. YUMMO!!!!!! SOOOO good. High in points because of the fat but loooow in carbs. Menu: B: Spinach Hamburger Casserole 21 pts (6 carbs) L: ?? Maybe a salad D: IF'ing. S: Almonds 4pts (4 carbs) My aim is 37 points a day. So far I have used 25. So 12 more for lunch and that is it. |

JUDY'S HAMBURGER SPINACH CASSEROLE
Read more about it at Cooks.com - Recipe - Judy's Hamburger Spinach Casserole Content Copyright © 2012 Cooks.com - All rights reserved. 1 lb. ground beef 1 medium onion (chopped) 1 tsp. garlic salt 2 boxes chopped spinach 1 can cream of chicken soup (LC Soup- 1 cup of HC; 1/2 can chicken stock; salt and pepper; Boil all together. Add two egg yolks while boiling. ) 1 c. sour cream 1 small. can of mushrooms (drained) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozerella shredded cheese Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook meat, onions and garlic salt together, then drain. Cook spinach until tender, drain. Combine meat, spinach, soup, mushrooms and sour cream in a 2 qt. casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. (Good to put in freezer.) Hint: Use 2 small boxes of frozen spinach. Cook before you put in casserole. I used the LC Cream of Chicken recipe to put in the casserole. |
