I use the Ultimate Weight Watcher Diary made by Fenlander Software. I purchased it last year...I use an Android phone.
Melanie: It said 26. The "extra boost" feature isn't something WW endorses, but the creators of this app offer it to combat the free points from fruit/veggies (at least that was my understanding of it). |

OMG all of you, I am curious to see I have been toying with the WW I love fruit and keep in mind you might blow up a little the first week but then by weeks 2 or 3 I bet there will be big losses!!!! I still thinking eating whole foods as opposed to processed is best too, sometimes all the sodium and things messes you up, like carbquick to me is just nasty stuff!!!!

Morning All!!!!
278.4 this am!!!!!!! Ate completely on plan this weekend. Stayed within my "extra boost" points. Also, Made some cream cheese muffins... Can you say delish!!!!!!!!!!!! Taste like cheesecake. In LOVE! Also made a sheperd's pie... YUM!!!!!! With mashed cauli.... This is going to be a STAPLE in our house. James ate almost the entire dish!! Even DD loved it. I loved the mashed cauli. Might make that as a side one day. CHUGGING TODAY!!!! because I was 278.4 yesterday morning too.... So NOT ENOUGH WATER YESTERDAY! Gotta get on it. It would be nice to be in the 260's for our trip on Friday to DISNEY!!!! Only 3 more days of work left!!! DD is counting down the says to her special trip as she calls it. Her little cousins are excited too. I am taking 3 little girls to Disney... that is 3 heads to comb every morning not including my own!!! Menu: B: LC Scrambler (Krystals) 17pts; 3 carbs S: Cream Cheese muffins (2) 8 pts; 2 carbs L: Salad (Burger King) 9 pts; Ranch (2packs) 6pts; 15 carbs D: IF'ing Total points 40 Total Carbs 20

Cee, I'm glad you are liking the WWPP. Nikki inspired me too and I've been doing it since April. I subscribe to the online site and I like that for tracking my food and activity. It helps me stay focused if I know I have to log on and put my points in right after I eat. I get 27 points a day.

Forgot to add, just in case this is helpful to you--here's how I use my points most of the time:
Breakfast--4 Lunch--7 Dinner--11 Snacks--4 I use my exercise points but only for wine at night. Everyone is different, but I like to have my glass of wine at night and I don't eat dessert so I figure it balances out if I use an extra point that I didn't eat plus my exercise points. |

277.2!!! Going Down. Chugging today. Didn't have time to get breakfast. So I had to eat what I had in the fridge at work. Cheese and leftover wings from yesterday. :yum: Running Errands yesterday for the trip. Trying to get travel sized stuff for everyone. And the girls need water shoes for the pool. So looking for those. Also I am going to look for a swimming cap for them. Hey! I save money on travel size and just hit the Walmart when I get places. You can get cheap souvenirs there too. I always like to go to the OUtlets, Walmart and malls when I travel. Oh and the liquor stores..HAHHHA!!! They are always different! the one in Orlando give samples!!! He has a fridge behing the counter and its huge like a supermarket. Orlando Outlets are awesomeeeeee!!!! Wait a minute.....
OK yall need Stop telling folks when and where yall going ut of town!!! Lurkers will be crawling in ya windows while u are gone!!! U notice I tell yall I been somewhere after I get back...hahhahahah!!! Internet safety people!!! Ok..I'm done. Carry on. |
