Morning Ladies!!!!

280.2 this am.... I ended up eating chicken wings for dinner. I couldn't resist.... IT WAS .50 CENT WED PEEPS!!

Anywhoo, I did my points for my food I ate before dinner and I was WAAAAY under. I did an online calculator and it said I get 46 points a day. Well, I had like 29 during the day. But the wing fiasco was not added in. LOL

IDK.... I may do it like this before I officially join. Just gage it and see if I have any losses. *shrugs* I just need this weight gone LOL

I've thought about that too Ceecee, I just don't feel like tracking that closely, I get lazy But Nikki has done SO well on it, it makes me want to do it!

YESSSS!!! Girl Nikki is a posterchild for WWPP!!! She looks GREAT!!!

I am just going to wing it and do it a few days. But my thing is I do IF'ing, which helps with taking the kids to the pool. LOL It gives my body time to rest and I think that I would never eat all my points. As I think about it more, I think I am just going to try to keep to Lean meats (I only eat chicken, turkey, and fish anyway) and little cheese and high fat. IDK... I keep thinking I haven't given LC my all yet.

S: 1/4 cup Almonds (5pts); SF candy (3pts)

Total points= 41 so far.... I may eat more almonds so that will be all my daily points.

When I LC I do IF naturally and it seems to work out pretty well for me for the most part, I guess I should stick with that while things are moving and stop trying to tweak all the time to make it go faster lol

I loooooooooove IF though, it really takes the stress out of food for me!

U can eat all those points. I was gonna switch to points after my dramatic loss. Umm yea. I feel u on not giving total focus to low carb. I'm trying to buckle down and let it work. I'm gonna be in the 2's if I have to pull an Amber and hack off gut. She say's limb but I dont think I would make it thru the bone.

I am thinking I should do this too Sara. I think I am moving too fast and not giving LC the proper time without all the mess ups. I am going to stay dedicated and see how I stand next month.

THINGS I NEED TO ELIMINATE
Atkins bars- Those things are the debil
SF candy- I still sneak a few pieces in every now and then
SF treats and novelties (Carb smart bars and sf cookies) -Need to only eat these like on the weekends or something.

I have been eating one of these everyday!!!! Time to CUT IT OUT... Only exception is Weekends. Maybe one. They are slowing down my progress.

ARE U LOOKING CRAZY? LOL I had one of those days last weeek. U get all the way to work and go....Ewwwwww. What have I put on today!!!! Got a new nail dude. He talks and spit gathers in the side of his mouth...UGH! Yet my nails look so good. Its just jacked up in there. Im gonna tell him thats why he has no business instead of just not going back.

Well, I had to go back and make sure because the WWPP plan is different from the old one.

I am 26 and 5'9.

My Points Plus app said 45 for you...37 if you want an "extra boost" (lose quicker). I think Nikki eats 29 daily now. HTH!

As you lose weight your points go down but 29 is the lowest they will go. When I first stared I was getting 45 points. I do think WW PP can be easily made lower carb. What ever you decide to do I'll be here cheering you on!

Cee let me know how it works out, I cant lose a damn pound anymore, getting up at 5 to work out, I have not shoved one good piece of nothing bad down the trap and not a darn pound? I am drinking over a freaking gallon of water a day I swear I just want to say F it, but I know I will be even worse off, it is so darn frustrating, like I feel how could I lose all that weight and now freaking low carb doesnt work? I am eating less than 40 net carbs and no franken foods, ughghghg

Morning All!!!

Amber- yea your body probably needs a good shake up. Maybe a different plan or lower carbs if you are really sensitive to them. I know a girl on here, CJ, says she can't eat more than 20 carbs a day or she gains.

280.2 again today.... I made sausage balls last night... first time. and not enough water. When will i learn. TOM over!!!!

Ok. I am seriously going to do the LC WW starting today. I am going to give it a try. I KNOW I eat too much. I am also going to IF as well. Let's see how this goes.

I will post my menu once I figure out how many points my sausage balls were.

SAUSAGE BALLS!!! Those things are awesome!!! I think LC will get you so far but for maintenance some people have to change it up. All seems to depend on the person. I don't stick to LC and carb creep ruins it for me. These past 2 days I have done better than I have in a LONG time. I'm interested to see how you do on WW!!! I think you'll be dropping the pounds!

Would you do this for me too please Jayce. I have been thinking about going to ww and wondered how many points I would get. My weight is 193 and I am 34 and my height is 5'7.
