Arms- I think the best are tricep bench dips and bicep curls, you always want to work opposing muscles,


Abs well they are tough but you want to work you lower, upper, obliques and your back, your back supports all your abs so i tis really important to work your back, the best for that is superman, lay on your belly, spread your arms, and try to lift everything, chin up, arms, legs, and stretch up, land softly and repeat, try to keep holding as long as you can, that is super for your back abd abs together, here is a bunch of exercises, experiment find the ones that challenge you and just keep doing them

Good Morning Ladies!!!

Sorry I was MIA this weekend. My bff surprised me and came to ATL to spend the weekend. I LOVE HER!!! We had much needed girl time!!! Of course that included drinks... some not LC and some french bread and fondue at Pappadeaux But I dno't regret it... I HAD A BALL!!!

But my weight reflects it all this AM!! 262.4 Okay..... NO MORE!!! But I had fun!!! hahahaha

Yes it was much needed..... made me realize how much I miss my friend. We vowed to visit each other more often.

Oh and I had to have another talk with James about us spending QT together.... IT HASN'T HAPPENED!!! I told him things have got to change... I need him and I gave him several examples!! So I am waiting on him. I would plan something myself but he is such a stickler about who watches DD that I just leave all the planning up to him. But I told him something has got to give... I NEED TIME!!!! ASAP!!

Glad you had fun..love girl time!! Those pounds will come back off quickly, especially with IF.

Glad you're talking to James and spelling it out with examples..that's what they need sometimes. I agree with Amber, you may have to intervene and schedule things yourself. It's so darn easy to get wrapped up into day-to-day things, you really can lose yourself and each other if not careful. How insightful of you to do something now!!

Cassidy, are you still doing IF? I am seriously considering this, I need some control in my life and thinking this may be just the way to do it!

Hope James has his listening ears on for you and will let it sink in on how very important it is for alone time. You both will be so much better for eachother and for DD if you do it!

How are you timing out your days? I've been reading so much online that I think I've confused myself. LOL

Do you do 2 meals daily, or every other day, or.....?

My eating window is from 8:30 to 1:30. After 1:30 I don't eat anything til the next day. I will drink zero cal stuff though. Mostly water. I consume high protein with lc veggies during my eating window. And I usually work out for about an hour 15 mins about 4-5 days a week. The high protein/lc helps with IF'ing.
