OMG Kitty mine are in the BAY WINDOW!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for everyone's advice and tips. I need all the tips and advice I can get.

We researched the bee spray and the fogger. James saw one online at Lowes so he is going to Lowes to get it. He will do it Wed night (i read this too) when he is off work. I am not too worried about the hot water heater because I pay a $100 deductible and it is replaced or fixed. I love my home warranty. I have received a new air conditioner unit for downstairs and a new stove for just $50(deductible went up). But it is oh so worth it to me.

weight is up to 272.8.... WTH! I didnt get much sleep and I think I am worried about things going on which has also kept me from going to the bathroom.

Back on my magnesium today. Havent had activity since Saturday!!!!!!!!

I am sure the kids are ready for the pool.

I did start tracking yesterday but didnt add my chipolte salad yet. Will put it up later.

Menu:
B: Turkey bacon; coffee w/ cream and SF torani caramel syrup
L: turkey roll ups
D: IF'ing

OK.... I think I may have to get them removed. There is a hive inside and I don't want the honey to rot.

I read that too. They also go deeper. May cause more problems...especially with a little one there. Beekeepers know there stuff.

DANG THEM OLE BEES!!!! GIT OUT!!!! We had them coming out of the ground in my neighbors yard...ugh..step onthe ground and put the come!!!

Tini, that site for Atlanta has a link about ground bees too. SIL has issues with those bees.

Maybe post on local for sale, group on Facebook. We have lots here to join and post items you want to sell or buy, etc. perhaps someone would do it free or cheap to get the bees?

I def reccommed a pro with the bees, i know its pricey but my father in law has this story where he tried to take on a nest. he went at it with a spray can in each hand. anyway, he ended up laid up on the couch due to all the stings he received. not good!

i see your scale is moving DOWN, great, great job!!

Don't those bees know that they are being very inconvenient? You don't need them there, honey is not low carb! There are ads in the craigs list her all of the time for people who want honey bees and will come and get the hives for free. Then again, Skagit County is kind of out there. When a bunch of your friends have their own chickens or ducks for eggs and milk their own goats....... Well, I'm kind of in health nut meets hillbilly land. Local honey is a pretty big deal around here too. There is some sort of shortage of bees going on. Before going lc I had some local honey every day for my allergies. Works! Well, mostly.

270.2 AGAIN this am.... I am REALLY chugging today. I had 2 hotdogs and and nacho cheese to dip them in. I am sure that probably did it. But boy was it good and EXPENSIVE!!!!!

11$ I could have bought 10/10$ at Kroger!!!

Well, I am going to a bootcamp today. My sorority sister has bring a friend day at her bootcamp and me and my other Sorority sister are going. I am excited. She said the classes were 30$ a month on Groupon but It's not on there any longer. She said they always run specials though.

Here is my menu:
B: 2 eggs scrambled w/ cheese; 2 sausage patties; coffee
L: turkey roll ups w/ mayo and mustard
D: May try IF'ing.
