Good morning all!!

Yea amber. The insurance doubled and the taxes went up from the estimate. So, my escrow account was negative because I bills they paid out, so mortgage went up. I did a homestead luckily for 2012 so I called in with the adjusted taxes Friday. Mortgage went down significantly. But still have to find new insurance. Maybe something I can bundle with my car insurance.

271.8 today!! Very good for a weekend surrounded with good food and family. I was very good.

My house insurance is up $40 and I am loking to move to another comapany. This is ridiculous. Everyday its something!!! My car insurance is way to high. DANG INSURANCE!!!

Oh, forgot to tell you girls. HOT WATER HEATER WENT OUT!!!!!!!!!! It went out Friday before we left for Nashville. I immediately started But then I realized that GOD will not put more on me than I can bare. This is just a test for a future testimony.

So, James tried to go into the crawl space (where hot water heater is located) and see if he saw water leaking or heard a hissing sound. As soon as he opened the door, Bees swarmed out!!!! So, Looking for someone to get rid of the bees for good because now the bees have to be taken care of before anyone can come and fix the hot water heater. *sigh* But I am greatful....because this situation could be much worse.

WOW!!! This is almost too much to bear. Key word? ALMOST!!! Sorry its all coming down. If u get that appliance insurance they will replace American Homeshield or some thing? But u have to wait 30 days I think. James broke it!!! LOL blame the man at all times..LOL I kid.

Bee killing is done at night when they can't see and are asleep....Hit the old exterminator listing and see about the price.

OR..maybe a beekeeper will come get them for free!!! LOL I can dream.

Tried the free route.... NO GO. Got two quotes of 500 and 550$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To kill a few insects. James wants to spray them. I told him go right ahead and get stung.

Oh my sweetie!!!! It will all get better, as you said, God will not give you more than you can take. Buckle down and get through this and you will be stronger and will have learned something valuable on the way too!!

Search for people that raise bees for honey. Some are actually happy to come get them....for free or cheap. There is a honey bee shortage.

Had water heaters go bad before. If the heater is good, sometimes all you have to do is replace the elements in them...cheaper than a new one.

You sure have a full plate lately. Good luck with the bees. If you can figure out where the nest is, there's a raid spray that works really well. We've had to do it a couple of times in our porch. If you do it at night they won't come out.

Could you go and get a bee bomb or something? I know that with the wasps we get every year we spray this stuff (read, DH sprays this stuff) on them to kill it and then we can just throw it away. I don't think it's too expensive.

That happened at our old house. Thankfully DH is pretty handy and just replaced the element. Not too expensive that way .

Cee- get some industrial strength bee spray and get james in there at night when they are dormant and spray the crap out of them, just make sure you and DD are hid away, LOL As for the hot water heater, that just blows some utilities offer rebates if you need to get a new one, they are here in PA not sure about down there? Bundle, your homeowners and auto it will be cheaper, and if need be try to raise your deductible a bit to lower the payments. I use Erie they are always way cheapern than anyone else when I get quotes, I think married people have lower rates, so push lover boy into marriage!!!! LOL
