Good Morning All!!!

Yesterday was good. I went to the gym and did a little over 8 miles on the bike. Also did a few leg exercises.

Weigh in this am.... 273.4! Going down! Slowly but surely. I did end up eating dinner. I know the IF'ing takes a while to pick back up on. Been trying to gradually get back to it.

Thanks for everyone's thoughts and prayers for James family. He really appreciates it.

Today I am focusing on more H2O!!!! I have to chug a lug. Yesterday I probably had about 72 oz which is good but not enough. Aiming for 100oz today and gradually work my way up.

B: 2 boiled eggs; 2 sausage patties; Coffee w/ creamer and 2 splenda packets
L: Turkey and cheese roll ups with mayo and mustard
D: IDK.... Something small

DID Somebody say WATER CHALLENGE????? Let's Goooooooooo!!!! 100 ounces for me too!!! I'm on the first 20..lol Works better when a drink some on the way to work, but I think I can still swing it!

Get a big old water bottle and say OK I have to drink 4 of you at work, and set your alarm on your phone if you have to that you must drink, I notice I drink less since I am not in the office with the cooler, so I have had to pay more attention to that.

Good Morning ALL!!!

273.0 today..... SLOW but it's coming off. I did eat dinner but I am not hungry this am!! So that is good. All the protein is working. Keeping my tummy full.

Here is the plan today...

WATER (every hour filling my water bottle) Alarm is set.

B: Turkey bacon; boiled eggs; Coffee w/ creamer and splenda
L: Turkey and cheese wraps w/ mayo and mustard
D: Giving IF'ing a go today. I think I should be ok considering all the protein. I will drink a shake if not.
S: Cheese if needed.

I did arms yesterday at home. They are sore today boy I tell ya. Gym today. Trying to beat my 8 miles on the bike. If my knee is feeling ok I will hop on the elliptical. We will see.

I'm so proud that you are working out and gettin it in! I'm failing miserably at that. I really want to get back into the groove!

doing low carb always makes me so thirsty i have NO problem drinking TONS of water! I drink 3 one liter bottles at work and always have a full glass at home. i HAVE to have it! I do worse on the weekends tho, i need to get a big ole jug or something!

Oh my goodness you all are making me realize that I totally do NOT drink enough water

Great job on the h2o and the exercise. The bike would kill my knees. That, and when I do a bike it makes my belly jiggle when my legs hit it. Not pretty . That, and I don't have a bike. I have an elliptical. I LOVE my yowza navare! It's like a commercial quality elliptical, so it does not hurt my knees but it was not $5,000. I think I got it for like $1,200 or $1,300. Way better than any nordic trak or think you can get at sears. I spent a long time deciding what elliptical to buy when I quit my gym. Glad you can go to the gym!

Yea my knee is still wonky after Nawlins so I am doing the bike rather than the elliptical or the treadmill, even though I heard the elliptical is GREAT for bad knees. So you are rocking it. Maybe I will try that today... the elliptical.

Makes me think of those beer hats at frat houses and sports games!

Chug chug chug!!!! I should get one and fill it with water! Just imagine me answering the door in my apron cleaning the house with my kids under my feet with a beer hat filled with water! LOL!

I AM SOOOOO STRESSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mortgage is going up because home isurance is doubling what it was last year. So instead of 200 going to my escrow, 400 is going!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't afford it and my car insurance is going up. OMG.
