Thanks Laura! That is my Thanks Nikki! They(my allergies) are still killing me but my nasal spray is helping a lot. But I am trying not to take it too much because of the side effects.

Still the same. 256. Chugging water today. Didn't drink enough over the weekend. Too much salt. Thinking of doin an egg fast. Oh and no workouts :-/ Back tough today.

Good Morning! 258.2 today. Up 2lbs. I tried to IF yesterday but I was hungry. So I guess that is the 2lb increase. Sticking to it today. I want to be as close as I can be to the 240's.
