Good Morning Ladies!!

No weigh in this am. Rough weekend. Sis, Mom, and BFF were all in town. So I ate a little off plan and drinks were in the mix. LOL.

Kinda rough on Sunday. James and I had a spat but we are working it out. ONe day at a time... One day at a time.

CeeCee I had a rough weekend, too. I was craving fruit and ate too much of it. That set off sweet cravings and I ate some cookies. I don't even like cookies!

265.6 this am... not enough water yesterday and I ate way too much. Going to get back IF'ing today.

KoCo- Yes girl we are!! We can motivate each other to the next decade!

Yes 11 hrs... i was WELL rested yesterday.

Amber- I miss you too!! Yes I am praying we can work things out. But I told him I am not waiting... I don't have time for that.

265 this am... going down slow. And no gym yesterday... I went to a corks and canvas event. I only had one glass of wine. :O

Thanks for all of your support. I am just taking this thing one day at a time. It gets hard some days.
