Hi there
I am new to the board and loved reading everyones journals, I thought it would be a great way for me to get some support/advice and also just to document my sucsess(hopefully). I started my first day of Induction on Atkins on 01/04/12 so I am currently on Day 3. My start weight was 175lbs. I have tried Atkins once before about 6 months ago but failed after about 2 weeks. I am at the heaviest weight I have ever been at and I REALLY want to stick with it this time, I already notice a diffrence in my way of thinking so I hope this time I can do it! My goal is to lose 25lbs to start, if I can get there then I would like to try and go for 20 more. 130lbs is my ultimate goal but I know that it is going to take time and alot of hard work. I look forward getting to know everyone and sharing in my journey as well as everyone elses! Day 2 Meal Plan (Yesterday) B - 2 Cups of coffee w/ HnH and 1 Splenda 2oz Cheese & Pepperoni Slices L - Chicken Caesar Salad S - Tea w/ 1 Splenda D - 3 Egg Omlette w/ Cheese and Bacon S - 1 Coffee w/ HnH and 1 Splenda |
