4th Day and the energy is beginning

One thing that is a fact is I have done this lifestyle so many times over the years that I don't have enough fingers and toes to count. But I have to say that one thing that I love about this diet that is consistent is the surge of energy you begin to have. Typically initially I am pretty tired with a headache but that is not happening this time. I don't know if it's because I am still eating to many carbs or not but one thing is certain is this time is different.

I am beginning to feel better in terms of my energy level which is an amazing thing. I have always loved this way of eating and that has definitely not changed.

4 days down and the rest of my life to go.

Hey Cle,

Thank you sweetie!! Yeah that pic is from 5 years ago I needed some midway incentive!! lol!! Thanks a bunch I am trying like nobody's business. I have to drink water on this lifestyle because it literally makes me sick. I ended up in the hospital last time so it is definitely not an option.

Very cool!!! What conference?

Salmon and grilled asparagus for dinner not sure for the rest of the day.

Have a great low carb day hun!

yeah I have always been a friday fish eater. I love fish on Fridays. When I was growing up my parents and I used to go fish fry's all the time. Where the adults would be playing cards and dominoes and the kids would be in the back room. lol!

I guess it is kind of ingrained in me. lol!!

Yeah I didnt know what it was then I read about it, I guess I accidentally grabbed it when I thought I was grabbing tilapia, LOL Yep it is farm raised catffish from Vietnam. I don't know if you like pork rinds?? I personally do not like them, however they do make a good coating for frying stuff especially fish! Just smash them up dip fish in egg then pork rinds and presto you got a fish fry!

Wow that weather actually sounds divine. I ate the three eggs this morning and I forced those down, I just wasn't hungry but then I've never been a person that ate breakfast. By lunch time I was hungry.

Almost there!!!

I cannot eat egg salad or I've got terrible heartburn, but i can have just plain ole hard boiled eggs and be fine. and I love egg salad.

I struggle with breakfast... I wake up not hungry and then try and wait a little bit, then I get sidetracked and realize it's late and then I'm all off track and end up skipping lunch cause I'm full from a late breakky... So I'm training myself to suck it up and feed my face when I get up so I stay on track. Cant be missin meals, no sir!
