Haven't had a cold in years! I was whacked good with a nasty, constant sneezing, head cold a few days ago. Still battling it. Wowee it sucks!
Need to get serious about finding a full time job. Found out yesterday that my unemployment permanently ends the third week in April. 4 hours a week as a diet counselor isn't going to pay the bills. LOL
Going to Las Vegas to meet my tummy tuck girlfriends a week from Thursday. I wanted to be down to 145. Better get some serious! LOL

Ah, TOM just arrived! I've been a crazy nuts honey badger the past 10 days!

Day 4 of not smoking. I'm eating though. 155.8 yesterday, was afraid to weigh today. As of last night the nicotene should have gotten out of my system. Hopefully today will be better. My butt will be bigger in Las Vegas next weekend. It definitely won't be smokin' LOL

Oh Izzy so proud of you not smoking, it is hard as heck I know but you can do it wait til you are not controlled by them anymore and all the money you will save! Vegas is coming fast! Have fun!!! Each day of this surgery gets a little easier but holy crap it is major surgery for sure! I wasnt prepared for this kind of pain!

Izzy I want to whine I know you can appreciate it!! Man this is tough stuff!!!! How is the no smoking going? If you can get some chantix take it, it really helped me if me the professional smoker can quit anyone can!!!

Hi ladies, I'm in so much pain. Day 5 (i think) of not smoking. I must have TMJ. Woke up to an inflamed upper molar last week after wearing (an ill fitting night guard to bed) The next two days waves of intense tooth aches. Got my jaw adjusted at the chiro on Friday. Been massaging the muscles in my jaw. Woke up to a whopping double chin this morning. The muscle under the right side of my chin seems swollen and hurts. I've been popping old pain pills and muscle relaxers like mad. Weight was 158.8 this morn. OMG
I hurt, I look like ****. Not in the mood for Vegas on Thursday for sure.

Went to the clinic this afternoon. Need a root canal, that visit was $55.00. Started on antibiotics, hopefully that will help the pain subside before Las Vegas on Thursday. I have an appointment at the dental school on Wednesday for an evaulation. Even through the school it's about a thousand bucks. Boy, I wish I would have never booked this trip to las vegas. Too late to cancel. My car repair bill, now the teeth, and my unemployment ends the third week in April....it's going to be hard to relax this weekend...

Well the good news is that the antibiotics should nip your pain in the bud within two days of starting it. Hope everything is calmed down by the time you leave. So sorry that happened to you!

It's a bit better today, I have to get the back right molar root canalled. I have a gold crown on it but years of grinding my teeth have worn a hole in it. The opposing molar on the roof of my mouth is aching also. I got a book from the library; The TMJ Healing Plan. Hopefully it will have some tips that will help my jaw. Still can only eat soft foods. Eating lots of campbells bean with bacon soup with ritz crackers. Oh No! LOL
