I've been reading my syringe wrong and will correct dosages in this list. Now, I'm starting over with actual 125 units, maybe I should have jumped up to 175...I don't know..

Wish I would have discovered this resource before starting hcg. I am still eating for emotions and expected the protocol to keep me from it like the first time.

Been struggling with a lot of hunger. Guess I never found that sweet spot dosage. Debating quitting early. Will see what happens in the next couple of days. Good news as of last weekend could fit in all my dress pants and jeans again.

Still the same today, but I've been way more active in the last 3 days than in all the past two weeks. Really isolated myself.
Today I'm meeting my friend Julia in the park to walk, then were going to lay on a blanket under a beautiful tree and enjoy the beautiful weather, catch up, quality girl time.
My friend Karen belongs to a bunch of meet up groups and tomorrow may I meet them at the botanical garden for a walk and talk.
It's 70's and sunny this weekend.
I think spring has finally sprung loose!

I start eating P3 foods tomorrow and boy am I glad. This round has been such a struggle with hunger, it's been unbelievable at times. I think the hormone was ineffective by the 2nd week. Should have stoppped at week 2, but afraid of stability issues. But if I haven't had the hormone in my system for 2 weeks, I've been starving myself and will have stability issues anyway.
Just glad it's over.
Lesson learned.
Will never do this again.
I normally stabilize up 3 pounds when I start eating phase 3 foods (no sugar, no starches for 3 weeks) which will put me at 146...that is where I want to stay. All my clothes fit again and I feel good.
Last round after P2 I was able to eat ~2400 calories a day without issue. When the diet/hormone works right it does increase the metabolism. It did for me anyway..I'm curious if I will still be able to do that. I'm going to eat the same foods as last time...and keep fingers crossed..

And I can start exercising again...having the energy to be more active....Yay!

We'll see what the scale brings tomorrow. Ate dinner late, I am full. It's strange eating beef after 3 weeks, tastes kind of....can't describe it. I gave my girlfriend a ride tonight, shes been vegetarian for 6 months, and she says now if she smells or tastes read meat (occasionally she and her boyfriend have some) it's kind of gross.

It'll be a long time before I can even look at a chicken breast. Twice a day I had that dried out protein. Had to gag it down the last day...

Still eating 2 large apples a day, but now nuked with butter and cinnamon.
Main fat sources are coconut oil and butter.
Had an extra large mug of bullet proof coffee for breakfast...couldn't finish it all, it's really filling.
Yesterday I made owcarb flaxmeal brownies made with coconut oil instead of butter, had a large one, but skipping today...

Lost my taste for beef but going to eat a steak today. Still feeling weak from P2 and want to "build up my blood with beef"
I thankfully lost ALL my cravings after doing P2. Going to stay away from trigger foods....

Week 2
P3d9: 143.4 2321, 191f, 77c, 93p Was out hours later than planned. Had a Hardees double low carb burger without sauces/cheese but nervous about what they add to the beef. Tomorrow will tell.
P3d10: 143.6, 2434, 184f, 106c, 111p still about the same, weighed 2 hours earlier this morn. Grapefruit was a treat tonight. Enjoying it. Citrus fruits were off limits while doing low carb.

P3d12: 143.6, 2747, 200f, 128c, 135p Woke at 4am couldn't sleep. Hungry, ate another apple/mac nut whey shake meal at 5am

Really good today, getting tired of eating the same things everyday, but at least I'm not ravenous like P2. Was weak at first and have put off weight training, but will probably start up again next week. I'm bad I started smoking again in the middle of P2 because I was soooo hungry. Youre not supposed to stop in P3 or it could affect stabilization supposedly, but i'm going to cut way back when I start exercising next week and be stopped by next Saturday - the start of maintenance.....

Made through 3 weeks of Phase 3 stabilized beautifully around 143. Maintenance starts and I'm starting back to doing the weight machines this weekend. Still smoking hoping to quit this weekend.

Down from 1.5 packs to 1/2 packs the past two days.....stressful contract job tomorrow transcribing what 7 speakers say in a conference. Taking my laptop, not the fastest typist in the world or the best writer. Scared. LOL

Smoking not so good today.
This one day assignment was extremely stressful. I had to transcribe lectures (live) at a conference on technology. I was lost with all the jargon.
The woman that was supposed to help me with names etc...undermined me and left me on my own.

Also very stressed about a medical condition. In 2009 I had a hole in my right retina (eye) had to have a gas bubble iinserted and be face down for 5 or 6 days. I mostly stayed on a massage table. I could get up 3 times a day to eat with my head down for 5 minutes. And go to the bathroom.
Last summer I sustained a head injury while boating.
In October I went for a retinal scan and found out I had a partial tear of the retina in my other eye (left) they said they couldn't do surgery unless the hole opened up.
Today I woke up with diminished eyesight in my that eye. It's happening again.
I work 3 part time jobs with no medical insurance so I have to go through the "free clinics" and that could take a couple of months. Plus I think I cant make over the 950.00/month cap to qualify for gateway insurance. (I'm an apartment manager and get a free apartment for that....that's kept me from being homeless since I got laid off my full time job 3 years ago).
Feel like crying, just needed to vent. This is a time I really wished I had a supportive boyfriend/husband in my life.

Up .6 pounds the past two days eating the same P3 foods. I think in P4 I need to start cutting the fat. Just can't focus right now...

I need to focus on staying in the moment and not eating over my fears. There is nothing I can do at moment.
Will go to the clinic to get the eye clinic referral tomorrow morning.
