It's seems I've come out of the insanity of Friday and Saturday. Scared me, like the bad old times.
I feel like I started my phantom period, maybe that was a big component. I dunno.
Didn't think I'd miss TOM, but it was my gauge for my "crazy" days before it started.
But yesterday and today was good.....thankgood!

didn't wanna but soooo glad I worked out tonight!

Just because your period doesn't show up, doesn't mean you don't go through the hormones of TOM! I know, the lack of evidence makes it difficult for me to track either. But, my back is aching a bit, boobs are tender....I am sure I am PMSing. I do not miss the actual act of my period, but being able to pinpoint why my mood goes NUTS, it's helpful. KWIM?

Well, my TOM is not so phantomous. Lightly spotting blood today. My second day is usually the heavy day. Because I'm not supposed to be bleeding, I'm feeling like this is day 2 of TOM. The crabass feelings were lifted yesterday.
This was a really bad bout of PMS. I thought it was getting better, maybe the uterine ablation procedure stirred up the pot of my hormones. I'll mark 3 weeks on the calendar - my reference point for the next TOM, was every 3 weeks, may be moving to 2...

No cravings today, food was excellent. The instructor is craming a whole weeks worth of teaching in this week, hardly any time to breathe! I'm welcoming the long weekend, but my behind will be doing homework. lol
I'm wearing my gym clothes to class tomorrow, to remind me to go straight to the gym after school. Gotta build me some muscles and the upper body machines release the tension in my upper back where I hold all my stress. Rather have a massage....oh well...lol
Making some home made sugar free cranberry sauce to take on Thursday, and I'm taking my low carb flaxmeal brownies for my dessert. i will splurge on green bean casserole, and a couple brown and serve rolls and a bit of dressing with my turkey.
Joyous I don't have to cook this year.
I'll be doing dishes.

Starting bleeding heavier in class. I'm on TOM woohoo!!!
Had intestinal distress most of the night didn't fall asleep til 5.30 - reset my alarm til 9.30. Was late to class. But I'm in a hormonal good space, few and far in between and i'm grateful for today.
Feel content, when for a month I've mostly woke up feeling restless and unsettled if not irritable. God I'm grateful for this calm.

I only have one chapter of homework versus 3 or 4 this weekend so I truly will be able to relax. I need it.

No hunger today, probably had 10 carbs. Going to eat the main meal tomorrow around 1pm and if hungry later I'll have some protein/fat. Friday will be low, low carbs again - clean up the scavenger carbs in my system.

Feels good to have temporary sanity back. LOL

Kept my promise to myself and worked out tonight with the weight machines and did the recumbent bike for 15 minutes. felt good!

Long day at school, exhausted but forced my butt to the gym at 5.30. Did the weight machines but skipped the recumbent bike. Did the strength mode on the bike Friday and woke up on Saturday to a huge honking swollen knee! Could hardly walk on Saturday. Much better today. It was a depressing weekend - the anniversary of my mom's death and I spent most of it alone. It's always hard between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The dark days.
But today is much better!!!

Been real busy with school, and work. I'm liking it. I work 2.5 hours after class about 3 times a week right now. Didn't realize how much I missed working! Writing lab procedures for my MA class and doing inventory for lab supplies. I'm learning what is what! Doing job searches for the students and posting jobs on a huge bulletin board. I even like cleaning the lunch room! LOL
Weighed 142.4 the past two days
Doing my afformations
Worked out again tonight. That makes 3 days with the weight machines this week! WoooHoo. Likin' my new biceps!
Keeping too busy to think about things, which is muy bueno!

Thank God it's friday very soon!!!

Really good day at school, was in the best mood when leaving. 2 Instructors told me what a good job I was doing at work!
Started losing that mood when I got stuck in traffic for an hour, blood sugar was dropping, but I starting listening to one of my afformations about lowering stress/patience and as long as I focused on listening/saying it I was good, normally would be cursing like a sailor man

Exercise: Weight Machines. Got me a great workout.

Woke up rested, looking forward to the day. Good day at school, great lab; I sucessfully drew 2 tubes of blood! Learned how to do injections last week, intradermal, subcutaneous, intramuscular...lot's of fun.

Food is better now that I'm not "dating". Not eating out on the weekends.
Felt a bit lonely on Sunday and took myself to a movie. Saw sessions with Helen Hunt. It was really good, but definitely not for kids!

Looking forward to a good week ahead!
