Had a good time with Mick last night, despite lousy yahoo reviews I enjoyed the Bourne Legacy. Ate at TGIF afterward, had sizzling chicken/shrimp with veggies (no potato) but half of the green bean fries appetizer and some of Micks sweet potato fries. Today just did meat and kept calories pretty low.
Made lc "banana" nut bread that I tweaked from the flaxmeal brownie recipe. Won't try it til tomorrow. I'm afraid it'll be too sweet, probably should have cut some of the sweetner. Used banana, butter, brown sugar extracts for flavor. Scale still in basement, and the bloat is long gone. Shorts are fitting looser. May just leave it in the basement for a spell.... ![]()

Workout today: Callanectics abs Callanectics stretches. Gorgeous day, can't seem to get motivated. Think pms is starting. While I was the progesterone I slept better, no pms, and felt better emotionally, except for hair loss and memory problems, lol. Wonder if I can get a bioidentical hormone that doesn't have the bad side effects like the synthetic... |

Was going to work out after my doctor appt yesterday. Got a huge injection for immunization against hepA/B. Deltoid was super sore all night. Will do some thrift shopping, work out, come home and organize closets. I was going thru clothes yesterday morning, tried on this red knit top that I tried wearing at the beginning of summer, but the sleeves were too tight. Yesterday the sleeves fit normal! The upper body workouts are definitively toning my arms up! Been real controlled with food, I would guess I'm down to 147-148. Yesterday I weighed 152 in the afternoon at the doctors, after lunch, and drinking tons of water. Sounds crazy, but I'm avoiding social situations that revolve around food this weekend, want to keep weight down before I go to branson on Wednesday, I plan to splurge for my cousin and her husbands 33rd wedding anniversary on Wednesday night!

Went to club fitness yesterday, it closed at 2pm for the holiday. So worked out today: Trying to get ready for my trip to Branson tomorrow. Got back from Table Rock Lake around 1.30 this afternoon. I had a blast! It was so good to get to know my cousin Kathy and her husband Alan better. I hadn't hung out with her in over 40 years! They drove in to st. louis from Pekin Illinois on Wednesday around 11am. We stopped at Walmart near Branson to pick up some stuff and got to the first condo. Worked out yesterday (managed a workout on vacation also) met my friend Jim M at the park, fed the turtles and caught the movie The Words. It's gorgeous weather out now. Want to squeeze out the last drop! LOL
