so far and it is 4 pm already so I'm ok if I don't go crazy for dinner.

Can't seem to get it back under control. I've never been off for this long in all of my years of "dieting"...........

....should have cooked dinner already but everybody has gone somewhere but me! So 1T peanut butter, 100 calorie popcorn....cheese microwaved into little "crackers" and a cup of black coffee....not too bad YET. I did ride my bicycle this afternoon and I'm ashamed to say that I had to get off and push it up two hills! It's been a long time since I've even thought about riding it. I love to ride so maybe I can keep it up and get some stamina built up to make it out to the flat highway and off of the hilly dirt road!

Did ok today which is better than I've been doing lately. I resisted the fast food and drank more water when I wanted to snack. Ate a little too much for dinner but other than that it's been a good day.

Walked to the gulley and back....1/2 mile AND rode the bicycle around the chicken houses 1/10 mile ...but that is the first thing I've done in so long....I had a cramp in my thigh from the bike!

...any way it's another start at least! Way better than nothing.

Walked farther tonight than last night and even made it around the whole loop on the bicycle with no cramps and without having to stop! Progress!

What Bike? I'm just kidding!!! It has been so hot and so humid here I'm just going from the car to the house and back!

I have to say I didn't mess up yesterday in all of the football food like I thought I was going to do. I had fun cooking it all though!

I did so good yesterday but lost my mind/control at lunch today after church on fast food of all things! If I had just gotten a burger and a cup of water it wouldn't have been as awful as the COMBO even the Coke! What was I thinking...... Anyway, that's behind me and I have walked a mile while picking up the trash on the road. It will be dark soon because of the "new" time but I'm going to go back outside and find something to do to work off my terrible food choice!

That "social eating" gets me everytime too! We can do this! I've done pretty good so far today. I made the decision at my house that I am only cooking supper for my DH! My boys eat fast food in the afternoon on their way home from classes and I can get by with just a snack vs. a 800+ calorie meal! They just eat because they want whatever soul food I've cooked (gravy, biscuits, fried meat, mac & cheese, creamed potatoes....all of the good stuff). My 17 year old is starting to gain a lot of weight back so I've got to do it for him too. My 20 year old runs 6 miles every day so he can eat all he wants!

You're doing so good! I have got to make myself get back on track somehow. I was just telling my friend in the office that I don't want
to start back eating spinach salads and bean sprouts again but I'm going
to have to! When I add that back along with brocolli and brussel sprouts and celery I will lose! Right now I can't think of the last vegetable I had except for some peas the other night and that is just like eating bread!

I picked up more pecans and we planted our turnips and kale and mustard and I pulled up weeds and now my legs are so sore it hurts to stand up!
Oh Lordy, am I out of shape!

I am going to sit down and plan out my food (the only way I can do it )
and get back on the program.....I mean it! Pray for me!!! I pray for you everyday.

I think you've inspired me! At lunch I wrote out the food list of what I like and can eat. Then I made me some menus and then a shopping list. I am going to do this! (I hope!) Now to find the time to get back to the store. Got church tonight.....going to visit my Daddy tomorrow night....playoff football game Friday night... Looks like Saturday with a Sunday start! I always do better if I start on a Sunday morning. Guess it's my extra prayers that day!

This is what I just had for lunch today! This is such a great idea!! I love Pinterest!!! When I got home from the grocery store I made 3 salads in the jar. I don't know why I didn't think of this myself a long time ago! They say it will last all week. I had sliced tomatoes and green onions in the bottom, baby spinach and butter crunch lettuce in the middle and feta and cheddar cheese and bacon bits on the top layer. I brought my ranch in a snack bag.

That is the number one thing about making this life style work.......preparation!!! You can't do it without it....I know from experience!!!
