I had 3 slices of bacon and some "pepperoni chips" this morning! For lunch I am having some mock stoganoff that I made last night using ground beef, green onions, sour cream, a can of mushrooms and a little garlic salt. I'm so glad you asked about my menu because I was just thinking "Gosh this is so good, I shoud tell somebody about it"!

I got a little off plan at a family food feast last night but I'm right back on track today! I have been a couch potato watching the cooking channel all day and I never....never watch tv! I was nice until my head started trying to hurt!

Great morning at church! Hamburger patty with cheese for lunch. And now .........my day of rest will be spent making up for the day of rest I took yesterday instead! Got to get busy!

Wow! It's been a week since I posted because I had another great day at church today!

I cooked a big lunch and a big dinner and a little more than I meant to both times! I had a wonderful day with my family today though!

I've been doing really great these past few days and even made it up to 7100 steps on my pedometer! I don't know why but I just ate 3 or 4 spoons of potato soup that I made to take to church tonight and some Cheeze itz of all things! I don't know what I was thinking!

Just walked 1 mile to the end of the dirt road and back! I haven't done anything in so long it "'bout killed me"!! Had to start somewhere! Tomorrow should be easier! Couldn't be harder, I don't think!

Thanks Magie and Jeanie!! I am embarrased to report how sore my legs are from that little walk! I did help with the "farm stuff" the next day so I got some productive exercise in. I'm going to walk again today....if it kills me!

I am! Thanks for asking! I had a leg cramp of all things last night and now one is sore again! It's always something though! I'm going to hurry home so I can walk before dark and church tonight! If I can just do it more than "one day in a row" I know it will get easier!

Got a band booster's sponsored beauty pageant practice and ticket sell tonight, the actual beauty pageant tomorrow night, church Sunday, PTA Valentine ballons and flowers to be assembled Monday night, Valentines and our 24th anniversary Tuesday night, chruch Wednesday night....whew! Just makes me tired thinking about it all! Wish me luck ..... probably going to be a lot of fast food involved.

Check! Got the school chores over. Tomorrow is our 24th Anniversary

I am praying about giving up fat for lent and doing a round of hcg again. Actually, I have to give up this milk and something else I'm not quite sure of because I have that old rash back again. I feel like the hcg program is a good detox.

I came home this afternoon and walked my mile, cooked me a low carb supper and got all of my vitamins and supplements out to start taking everyday again. I don't know why I stopped! I just feel terrible by the time I come home from work and cook and do my "chores". I had to start back doing the things that make me feel good and give me energy. Hope I can stay on track this time!

"just do something" thread. The girls there are pretty serious
exercisers! I'm kind of embarrassed about a mile or walking
around Wal-Mart but I post all along anyway!
