Nina's Trip to Fit

My present weight is 215 #s.This is my highest ever.
I am SICK of being fat.For the last 10 years I have probably read and tried all the diet books on the market - new and old.The HCG Dr.Simeon's protocol makes most sense to me.So today is my day #1.
I will try my best to keep track of my daly routine and menu.
I would greatly appreciate any feedback and support!

211# today.Spill shedding water.I am loading today as well and tomorrow is the big day.I am making a grocery list and will stop by the store tonight!
