I am done, LOL
I ate it shoved it right in, and I can still taste the icing, LOL
making myself wait to eat, makes me feel more in control, like you cant just hog in anything any old time, so that way I have some measure of self control,LOL

That's what I'm doing right now, Amb. Three planned meals and absolutely no snacking. I know this works for me, but it's soooo hard to break the grazing habit!

I do 3 meals and 3 snacks Ang- one to break up the food to keep the furnace stokked, and then it helps not get that out of control feeling like OMG I am starving and then you eat anything in sight, trying to get in all the protein is tough, so sometimes it is a shake or whatever, but knowing I can eat at a certain time, helps me get through like at 10:00 I thnk snack time!!!! Maybe add a snack or something, like you seem to get hungry before dinner, maybe make some dip and veggies, or something. I tend to graze on weekends, like walk by shove it in, LOL So that is what I must work on, I am so regimented by week then weekends hit and I get all out of whack, LOL Just plan the snack into ****** and your totals and then maybe you wont feel deprived?? I call it my Shamu feedings, LOL

I'm actually okay!! Yeah, I get hungry if I don't plan wisely, but that just means I have to, uh, PLAN WISELY. Snacking is a super slippery slope for me, proven time and time again. I'm being a total hardass right now and it's working and I feel good. I'm going to go with this until there is a real need to adjust it!

Amber we are both married to men whose exes were tiny things! My DH's ex from hell is 5'0 and a size 2. She's also a mean alcoholic and I wouldn't want to be her for anything in the world. She thinks I am so fat and has told people that but I don't care what she thinks. At least I can lose weight, but she can't lose ugly.

The Wonder Woman costume is such a powerful statement about how far you have come on this journey. I'm so proud of you!

I am with you Amber...I am much more regimented during the week. On weekends I am all over the place. However...sometimes when I am stressed at work I get all crazy. I used to be all vending machine bingey! Seriously awful. Candy,chips,poptarts...I don't even bring cash with me to work so I don't go there anymore. I still get that feeling...and I hit the peanuts or sunflower seeds in my emergency stash. It's better than carby junk, but still, not good. I think planning snacks might help with that. I should try the mini meal thing.

Yeah I think it helps, like I eat here then have a shake at work, then a greek yogurt or almonds around ten, lunch 12:15, 2:00 snack, dinner then snack around 8:30, 2000 calories is a lot, and I dont like eating a lot at one time, better chance of storing excess, so I like eating like 300-400 calories at a time Lunch and dinner is in the 500 calorie range!

Taco salad tonight, yum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bobby's concert was so good, the pics are terrible with the lighting but he did great!!!!! So proud of him!!!! All that money on that darn horn made it well spent!

PS----I like blonde wonder woman, LOL There is no beating the real thing so I can be her blonde sidekick, LOL

Hey Amber! Great pics...and I agree that those jeans make your butt look GRRRRRREAT! lol. I have the Sweetheart jeans in a size 16 & they are super tight b/c I have a badonkadonk.

I agree that exercise makes a big difference in how clothes fit...I haven't lost much weight lately, but the running really seems to be helping even my waist shrink (definitely in the thighs!). Gotta love it.

Keep rocking it, Wonder Woman.

Also I saw that the FDA is pulling HCG liquid drops and injections, I know there are a lot of people on that diet, so better stock up.

FDA, FTC act to remove ?homeopathic? HCG weight loss products from the market

Of course I noticed, Amber. (OMG WHAT THE HELL DID HE DO TO HER BOOTS!?!) But I didn't say anything because what's done is done. I'm really dumbfounded he didn't just split the handy back seam and fill in with a simple gore of some matching red and white patent stretch vinyl that's available even at Joann's. As a seamstress and a costumer, his lack of skill and common sense offends me!

I wish I could fix it for you!

I don't care, LOL I don't think my calves will ever fit in the 14" ones, but when the bod is done, a much better suit will be coming!!! LOL And I know like why black???? And the stuff he put in has like zero stretch, it is stiff as a board, LOL

Gosh I was 6 minutes late eating it, I still prefer the white icing, I had the vanilla with the chocolate cream today, not as good I am not really a chocolate icing or chcolate cake person, (unless at the Palamino Club, LOL) but they had a sampler. I am embarrassed to say how much I ordered, LOL I had to bring them to work cause that is where I crave junk the most, and 2, you have to freeze the stuff and I had no room in my freezer, LOL Everyone is like what are those, they look good, I am like hands off people, you can eat the real crap, LOL They have cannoli that is really calling me but I tried to use some restraint, LOL Now I can't order any more with my CC taken away so I have to make sure I really ration these, and I don't want to eat too many that I cant lose weight, cause Lord knows that is a problem in its own!

You know, I could probably eat a U-haul filled with cannolis. They are one of my worst weaknesses and my SIL's Italian mom always makes them at Christmas. But thanks to you, I'm ordering the lc ones instead and then I can still have my little treat! Oh, cannoli how I love thee...
