Kitty! Ha ha...no one told me that...I guess I figured it out on my own!
Glam, thanks. I am feeling much better now. I actually got a lot done today. I started the Christmas decorating and did some cooking. I can't always get it together to cook on a week night, so now I have some low carb dishes at the ready. I made Linda Sues' Whitecastle pie (yum) and a dozen and a half low carb meat balls. I also made some meatloaf muffins for the freezer. |

Amber- Yay for Cheese! It will be an adjustment to go back to high fat, but a pleasant one I bet!
Kitty-I thought it was pretty good. I put dill relish on like she suggested, and yum! ARGH! I weighed myself this morning for carbsnipers and ugh! 212.8!!! WTH! I am going to attribute it to TOM bloat...but seriously? I have to admit that I have been screwing around since thanksgiving with a day on and a little cheat the next...Time to get serious! Seriously serious! Seriously!! I was planning to go to the gym tonight, but Andrew wants me to come home after work. He's making me a birthday dinner (grilling ribeyes I think. YUM!) I told him no cake! He really tries to be supportive, but he doesn't quite "get" it. Truth is, I'm not really that in to my birthday...It's a little depressing! ugh! How could I be 44?!? Boo! But it beats the alternative, I suppose! Have a great day everyone!! Old Lady Meg |

Meg- I keep forgetting to tell you this, one thing we do is pull out a bunch of meat on Sunday and I have Tony grill it up, then we have lunches and dinners, I go to the gym straight after work I get my son and he does homework, by 5:30 he is starving, it is so helpful to nuc them a potato, throw together a salad for all of us and done, cooking is tough on weeknights!
Planning is always the key! I also do what Rachel Ray does,LOL I chop everything on Sundays, wash the produce, etc, then its all ready. We are all really bad leftover eaters, but we can handle like left over dinner for lunch, but my son is fussy!

Ha Ha Amber. I was a party girl! It was nice, I got home from work and he a a veggie tray with dip and he cooked ribeye w/blue cheese and shrimp scampi (All Yum, and all low carb. Good Boy!) He also bought a sugarfree cake! Not low carb, but very thoughtful. I had a bite of that. Really, the only not so good thing was the wine, but I only had 2 glasses.
Oh and the cutest thing...my 8 year old niece came over(they live next door) and played happy birthday on her clarinet for me. Too cute. So all in all, it was a good day. I ate perfect at work ( chicken salad for breakfast and beef veggie soup for lunch. No snacks, lots of water) and weighed down .2 today. still up from last week, but down from yesterday, so I'll take it!! That is a good idea about doing all the prep on Sunday. I need to get better at that! Tired this morning. Coffee Coffee Coffee! Have a great day! Meg |

Good Morning! Happy Hump Day.
I am working from home today. I slept a bit later than usual. I guess I needed it! Usually I am up at 6 regardless of the alarm. I pop up like toast! I have been feeling tired the last few days. Probably because it has been so gray and rainy here. I'm ready to have a good on plan day!! My plan: B- 2 eggs and 2 turkey sausage L-Beef Veggie Soup Coco Pop w/laughing cow Sn. baby carrots, celery and ranch dip D- meat loaf muffins, broccoli I am going to take coconut oil before each meal. I want to see how that makes me feel. I will put a spoon in a cup of coffee or tea, and maybe I'll finally get my butt in gear and make that bark! I am a little worried about the calories in it! But if it helps me keep on plan, I guess it all balances out. We shall see. I still have not gotten on the exercise train. First that cold, then my birthday. It's one excuse after the next. I need to go see what the class schedule looks like today and just go in! I'm just so unmotivated! Bleah! Have a great day everyone! Meg |

That first step to exercise is the hardest and then it becomes easier, but its making that step, you can do it, sign up for the class that strikes you, and just do it!!!
I have a gold star waiting for ya!!!! |

20 Minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the weight circuit. UGH. I am going to be sore. But I'm glad I went! |
