That solved my dinner issue, now if only I grill them well on the grill! LOL I am getting pretty handy with the grill with Tony getting home late, I even did the salmon on there last night!

Grilling out is one of the joys of summer!! Although I have been know to go out and grill in a snow storm...the grill pan doesn't always cut it!!
The chops were good...what was left...Andrew saw them in the fridge and ate a huge lot of the dish for lunch! I guess I am glad he likes my cooking! but honestly...eat a sandwich!! I cook ahead when I have time becasue most nights I don't feel like messing with it when I get home...now that I work from home more, I guess I should get over that!!
Todays plan:
Scrambled Eggs
turkey deli meat roll ups
Burrito on a LC tortilla

I smothered mine with mushrooms, and scallions and Worcestershire sauce, LOL The boys liked them, then I took some fresh spinach and wilted that in the pork chop juice, yummm

Hey everyone!
We are having a nice weekend. But even though I have been really good (no beer!) I was up 2 lbs today. ARGH! I know this is some kind of strange water thing, my rings feel tight, but still. I can not seem to get things moving! I need some Drastic measures!

Kitty...that's it!!! I should just move to the moon and call it good.

Seriously, though. I think I am going to give Weight Watchers point plus a go. You can do it all online, which is good for me since I have no time or patience for meetings. I am going to try and stay lower carb...no sugar! But I think the flexibility will help me when I travel. I've got to do something! I am practically back where I started in November!! ARGH!

Yes WW PP is a great plan. I know it's not for everyone but it works well for me. I do it online and it's supper easy. Give it a try and see if its a fit for you.

I'm doing well! 2 days of counting points. I am starting to get the hang of it. Time will tell, but I think that the flexibility of this plan is going to help me when I am on the road especially. I am off to Phoenix next week, so that will be the first test!!

Day 4 and I am in the groove. I really am liking this new plan, and all the online and mobile tools are great.
I am really seeing how I can fit this plan around my lower carb preferences, and that makes me happy. For example, I can have my morning coffee with regular half and half (I looked at fat free half and half in the store...it has corn syryup solids in it! WTH) and just count the points.(2 in 1/4 cup which is more than enough!) If I excercise by just walking 30 minutes, I can have it and not even dip into my weekly extra points! But they are there if I need them!
Anyway..I updated my stats with all the new info. FRESH START!!

Meg- I debate the half and half scenario all the time, there are so many calories and fat I ingest in half and half but the fat free and low fat stuff is full of fake crap so like what do you do, I think when I drink the FF stuff it tastes so nasty I drink less cups of coffee, LOL

Cool they have things for on the road, so you can scan a food box and it tells you the points? That is pretty neat!
