Hi everyone.
I am back! Yay. no traveling this week.
CEECEE!!! I have missed you!

I kept away from the popcorn...but apparently that was the least of my worries this week! I was at a conference, and it was a big drink fest...All those great colorado micro brews, martini bars...and at one of the dinners they gave us these pomagrante lemonade and vodka drinks with a red licorice stick as a straw!! give me strenght!!
I swear, I am not a lush...but everone has their limit!
So I am yet again trying to get back on track. I am such a loser! and not the good kind!
I sound like a broken record. But then again, all I can do is keep trying!

Meg- your job makes any plan that much harder it is so hard to say no to stuff maybe what you need is exercise? That can be done anywhere and might compensate for the fun here and there, even if you burn 1700 calories a week and do what you are doing you would lose at least .5 a week??? You probably have a gym in these hotels you stay at?? I found a free WW PP calculator on line, I am allowed 31 points, I am consuming 5-6 a day with my half and half, that is disturbing, so gotta think about what to do! I am debating

Hi everyone!
It was a nice weekend. I have the day off today, and I want to try and get a bunch of stuff done. I have a bunch of planting and mulching to do, plus I want to transition all the winter/summer clothes and cart a bunch of stuff to the good will.
Still messing around and trying to be on track. I need to get serious... my summer stuff is coming out! I don't want to have to buy new stuff cause the old stuff is too tight! I don't think it will be...but it wont be too big either. I weight 216 this morning, which means I am almost back where I started in November. Sigh. It is my own fault. I was a total hog all weekend. I need to find my motivation and get going.
I am considering WW pro points or maybe JUDDD. I tried a few Down Days a few weeks ago. They were tough but not impossible...I don't know...nothing sounds like a real fit for me. I am just in one of those funks where I don't feel like I can do anything lately... I need to snap out of it. Off to take my Roxy for a walk! Good for both of us!

Meg get your ass over to the HOney Badger thread, we all stuffed our faces and are getting strict, pick a plan and we will do this, I woke up and was all committed to this Eat Clean plan then decided oh will try low carb and I mean real low carb, LOL tony said I think you need to put down the almonds, LOL So I am trying so far I am drinking far too much coffee, I could just slap myself, how did I say no to so much stuff and now I cant seem to get my head on straight! ughgh, I keep thinking about that bikini I want to wear it and not scare small children, LOL So come on hun, pick a plan and we are going to do this, we gotta be tough and no more excuses for us, we gotta get tough!
Yesterday I pulled out all the 16 and 18 capris I am like geez if I keep eating like this I will be back in them! Ughgh

Amber...I am coming over!!
Pick a plan....ugh!!! I am undecided. But I will start out plain jane low carb atkins...that is the best way to get hunger under control and detox off the sugar! I can evolve it from there.
I have been getting my walking in every day. 1 mile...not much, but I've been pretty consistent...It's a start!!
I do have to travel this week, but there are always bunless burgers and salad with chicken...
