Thanks everyone!
My trip to the AT&T store was a complete debacle. Long story, but I ended up leaving there and taking care of everything online...So the phone will come on Monday, and I'll have to take care of porting my # and all the rest on Friday after I get back. I'll be in Salt Lake this week. luckily it's mostly meetings, so I won't be on my feet too much. My foot seems a lot better, but gets more swollen when I am on it for a while. It's a lot less sore, etc.
Not following plan at all. ARGH! I am not giving up, just taking a break.
Hope you are all enjoying the spring like weather today. Sunny and 50's here...I'll take it!!

Good Morning everyone!
Just a quick hello before I head to the airport. Off to Salt Lake City. At least the weather should be good.
I relaxed all weekend...I was so tired and stressed on Friday. I feel good today. Springing ahead I feel a little tired, but it will be 2 hours earlier where I am going, so It won't really matter until I get back!

Hi everyone!
I know I have been neglecting my journal! I am so tired! So much going on. I am off to Chicago tomorrow. Today, I have to pack up my desk and move things home, and I will be 100% home office starting this week. I am not super happy about that, but I will make it work. I'm being told it is temporary, and that they are going to find room after they do some reconfiguring. We'll see!

Hi everyone!
I have missed you guys! I am home for the weekend. Next week I have just one night away.m-t in NYC and then I will be home the rest of the week, until April 11, so 7 days at home! I can't wait.
I have been terribly off plan. I won't get on the scale becasue I am skeered! I need to get back on track. I feel awful and depressed and tired. I am taking my B complex and D and fish oil, which are supposed to help, but I have had to take a xanax for my anixiety 2 or 3 times in the last few weeks, which I hate doing. I know if I could just eat better and relax a bit I would be feeling much better. I am just feeling very overwhelmed right now.
I had to pack up my desk in the office and move everything to my home office. I have to get everything organized the way I like it now. I will do that this weekend. I can make due today with things as they are.
Sorry to be MIA and then come back and just whine!
I am planning to strat fresh on protein power when I get back from NY. 7 days of on plan eating will help me get my momentum back. In the mean time, I am going to try to just eat as well as I can and not stress.

Aww hun you are allowed to whine you have a lot of changes going on, we were talking about the Mega Millions and the one guy said you know what would be bad, winning and traveling and eating out all the time,it is so unhealthy, of course he is like a skinny mini. But it is true flying, eating out all make it hard it is so hard to control what you are eating even with the best intentions, I think being home will give you the big push you need to see results where you can be in control, and getting organized will bring you calm, you can do it hun!

Hey Everyone!
I am sorry to be so scarce. I've been busy with work stuff, and just trying to get caught up so I can enjoy the holiday weekend! I am hoping tomorrow will be kind of quiet. Since I'll be home, I might even get to take a nap! Funny. I am not a napper...at all! But just the thought of potentially taking one helps me power through whatever I have going on!
We are not having Easter here. I had to put my foot down! I love to entertain, but I can't take the stress.
I decided to wait until after Easter to really get down to business and back on plan. I am not going all carb crazy or anything, but I am not super limiting either. I downloaded an app on my iphone called my net diary, and I am going to try just tracking everything to see where I have my biggest issues and try to work on those. I think that with working from home more, I will also have more flexibility to get to the gym regularly, so that should be good!

Hi everyone!
I just got home from Orlando...I was so busy I had no time to check in!! Easter was good. We kept things really low key, which I needed! I have a bad cold, and I am trying to kick it! I have a trip to San Francisco next week, and then I am home for a week. YAY!!
I have not weighed in weeks! But I am going to face the music tomorrow! I am considering doing a 3 day juice cycle program I read about in First Magazine. It seems pretty good. You do 3-6 days of juice/smoothies and then 6-12 days of a "balanced" eating plan which is similar to the protein power plan. The idea is you get the benefits of juicing, but it is sustainable because you alos eat real food. I have been so tired and blechy the last few weeks, I think all the fruits and veggies could do me some good. I also like that this plan the juice/smoothies get mixed with protein powder so you don't get hungry and lose muscle mass. I have been interested in juicing for a while (I have a juicer even!) but never tried it. Have any of you girls ever done anything like this?
