LOL, maybe every time we each get the urge to snoop, we should force ourselves to do like 10 pushups or jumping jacks, hahahaha, we'll either stop wanting to snoop or get in shape quicker!!
LOL @ the pushups or jumping jacks idea...I hate pushups! I hate feeling insecure -- it's not all the time, but when it does rear its head, it's ugly.

Regarding bf and snooping..all the ladies gave great advice. I agree with Sara's post because I found it created more insecurity issues and more problems than necessary. I did find a text from a few weeks ago where he told someone I was a wonderful woman and he was grateful I came into his life. Of course I didn't give more credence to that text like I should -- no, like a cuckoo, I focused on the text from before he met me like a jealous crazy person. LOL

I probably do need to check out that book. I have a problem with being kind to myself -- I beat myself up a lot of over failures, mistakes, etc. It's very hard not to. Thank you for the compliment.

Thanks, Shari -- I have eaten better today. I need to work on cutting back diet soda intake still, but for this week, I'm just focusing on better food choices. I'm so mad at myself for getting up to 238 lbs -- that's friggin' 20+ lbs just since end of October/beginning of November and a higher weight than when I started this daggone journal. I'm MAD!!!

Was 235.4 this morning -- was 238.2 yesterday & 238.6 the day before that, so I was happy to see the number going down! Right now, I'm focusing on eating 100 carbs or fewer daily -- will probably go lower next week.

Good grief, I missed like 3 pages of your posts I never saw!!

Saw the man, aww he is cute he has honest eyes, that is a good sign and you guys look cute together!! Love that he brought you a present to work, I miss that stuff the random stuff that men do in the beginning, LOL I can relate to falling asleep last night I made coffee, sat on the couch and was out at 8:00 on a Friday night, I am a real party animal!

I would so do that race in the dark!!!! That sounds really fun just put all your energy into that, don't beat yourself up about the food so much, focus on exercise and let that race be your goal!!!!

You have a lot of good things going on right now, that is a huge plus!!!

I am good. Trying to decide if my new vitamins I have added are sabotaging my weight loss.... I can't tell yet.

Yea the scale can be a bugger. Try to focus on getting back in the swing of things and the pounds will drop.

Morning, ladies! It's "Friday Eve"...yassssss! *fist pumps*

Shari, I'm logging my food and trying to stay under certain amount of calories -- I log points occasionally to compare.

Thanks for the constant encouragement y'all...I really appreciate it. What would I do without my circle?

Was 237.8 this morning (hey -- I'll take it...lol!). I was very nauseated and dizzy yesterday, so I left work around 2 PM. I went home and slept for a few hours. I think I have blood sugar issues b/c the same thing happened last week, but it was after I ate a bunch of chocolate. Yesterday, I hadn't eaten lunch and it was almost 2 and I started feeling really sick. I hope this doesn't mean I have diabetic symptoms, but IDK...? I don't have insurance until May, so I can't afford the tests. When I've had blood tests prior, they always came back normal. I know I'm not pregnant though...took a test. LOL!

Well thank god for "the test" .. totally relate about no insurance right now...I need to get some tests done too... let's all just move to the UK, shall we?

Hang in there and keep counting it will all pay off! Small steps can turn into major progress in the long run.

Another thing I was thinking about today..maybe consider getting a cheap meter and test yourself for a little while? I did this for a little bit to try and get my GP to listen to me that in fact my labs that said I was "normal" were not. Just an idea, there are some cheap ones you can get and see what happens.
