I need to get some supplements bc I'm struggling with overall apathy & detachment from everything...I hate when I start feeling this way, but it comes back into my life at various times. I think a big part of it is that nothing seems to have turned out how I once envisioned it -- the reality is a definite let-down compared to what were once dreams. This is a "downer" of a post, but I just needed somewhere to get it out.

JG, i know they have natural supplements like St. Johns warts for when you are feeling bad. Maybe look into that. Get ample rest and tackle the day head on. Strive to be the best you can be regardless of your situation. That is how I look at it. I am not at my best now and I know I can be better. You know better so you do better. I am picking myself back up too honey. We can do this together.

Thank you! That's 1 of my fave colors...

So I was excited to try Chick-fil-A's grilled nuggets (they're on kids' menu), but was disappointed bc they're just a grilled chicken filet cut up. Lol! I like their grilled chicken, don't get me wrong, but those are not anywhere near the same size as nuggets.

@ Shari: I ate oatmeal & different cereals quite often (Kashi is usually my favorite), bananas, apples & PB, yogurt (Carbmaster or WW most often), string cheese or Laughing Cow wedges, almonds, pistachios, Progresso Light soup, protein shakes, LC wraps, sweet potatoes, pretzels or popcorn...

Today's Menu:
B: Kashi Go Lean Crunch honey almond flax, 2% milk, Special K protein bar
L: PB&J sandwich, 4 Captain's wafers crackers, Diet Sunkist
SN: 6 Chick-fil-A grilled chicken nuggets (no sauce), fruit cup, kid's size Coke Zero
D: Chicken white chili w/ sour cream & cheese, 2 small pieces sourdough bread, Diet Cherry Pepsi
SN: String cheese

Overate at dinner, so I know I went over on points...was really hungry today for some reason. Need to drink water!

Hey girly!! I've gone through your posts and im so sorry about whatever you've been going through that got you down. i know we've all been there. As im going through my current journey i desperately want SO MUCH never to go back and to maintain what i've lost. its SO hard. i almost think maintaining is harder than losing. Even maintaning after you've lost some but still have more to go. You have to find it in yourself to keep on going. Have to remember how it felt before, i NEVER want to go back, im still far from done but progress is all you can ask for.

Take each day/meal/workout at a time. Make smart choices and try not to overload yourself so you forget what you are doing it for. hope this helps. this is something i'll need to remind myself of too im sure KUTGW!

Hey, Shari, Cassidy, Cle, & Lexi! Good to see y'all's smiling faces in here.

Weight was 221.4 this morning...TOM should be leaving (thank goodness). I haven't eaten well the last few days...trying to read up & get my course of action on paper & ready to go. I've decided to drop the hormones (BC) altogether bc I don't think it's doing me any favors, mood-wise or weight-related. Bought some vitamin D3 today, so I gotta get back to taking my supplements.

Was supposed to hear bk about paperwork/starting date at a new job, but they didn't call yet. Kinda frustrating...already taken my drug test & passed, so everything should be a go. I just need to know b/c I have to hire/train someone to replace me at my current job, but I'm not telling them till I've signed my new hire pw at the other place!

I just finished training a girl these last 2 weeks...my friend's last day is tomorrow

I hear you on the hormones JG, last time I took the BC pill I turned into a raging beast, I was a totally different person, it was insane. They mess with my weight loss too, so I'm just careful. If I get knocked up, I'll deal with it then, LOL

:fingers crossed: on the new job! I know you must be stressed waiting for it to all be final!!! Will you jinx it if you tell us more about it?

Good morning! Cute pic!! I have the same phobia as my thighs are one of my problem areas...I think yours look great..not full of cellulite like mine. I'm glad you're feeling better. I'm like you and can not tolerate any type of hormones so I have the non-hormonal IUD, paragard (sp). Have you considered that option (only if you still want to use any type of BC)? I know Merena didn't work out. Keeping fingers crossed too for new job.

Hey Shari, thanks...I def. have cellulite though! Lol. If I could get rid of some of it, I would be too happy! I don't mind having bigger legs, but I do want them to be more toned/strong.

I've decided my "official" weigh day will be Fridays...I'm sure I'll still step on the scale each morning, but I want one solid day to be my weigh-in (like meetings). 220.8 today on my 1st W.I. Down from my recent high of 222. My goal is to lose 5% of that starting weight, so 11.1 lbs = 210.9. That seems like a perfect number for me to aim for since it will mean breaking past my lowest since '05. I'm ready to do this! It is great to have the Internet to connect with others along this journey. Thanks for coming along on this crazy "ride!" Lol.
